'The staff was very friendly. Shoutout to Rosy and David, you guys were great people. The property was very clean and had everything that is on the description. So nothing to complain on that. The only thing that maybe can be improved is that the doors from the bathroom and the entrance were hard to close. 'Lovely hotel in a great area just a few blocks from Zocolo plaza. Staff couldn't have been friendlier and not accommodating. Large room with plenty of space for the three of us. Mexican Harvest restaurant in the hotel was good as well and definitely have a meal at the Santóua Gastrobar a block away.'

'Hotel Posada XVII defines charm. The hotel is one of the most unique experiences I've had for lodging and I will definitely opt for Posada if I'm back in Puebla.
