'We stayed in one of the gites. The surroundings are stunning- distant views across the Herault in a wonderfully renovated building. Autumn chestnuts all around and calm surrounds. About 15 mins drive from pretty Olargues. Le Chene backs on to another gite and when this was occupied, we could hear everything they were doing. 'The house was lovely and has everything you need. So many places to sit and enjoy the sun and each others company. The most important thing I would like to mention is the kindness of the owner Hans and also of the people that welcome you upon arrival and help you during the week by keeping the pool clean for example. "The house was lovely and has everything you need. So many places to sit and enjoy the sun and each others company. The most important thing I would like to mention is the kindness of the owner Hans and also of the people that welcome you upon arrival and help you during the week by keeping the pool clean for example. Hans, Guy and Benoit were so kind to us and really made us feel welcome. I am very happy I got to spend the vacation in such a beautiful ambiance with my family. I would definitely recommend it to people that are traveling with their family and kids and are looking forward to a quiet relaxing vacation in the south of France!!"
