BEDROOMS
All bedrooms are designed to be facing the water, so that after a peaceful night’s sleep you can wake to the morning light over the bay harbor. Our master bedroom has a queen sized bed and is located on the second floor across from guest/child’s bedroom which has two twin beds. Both have access to the upstairs balcony and overlook the water. An additional queen guest bedroom is located on the lower level and has access to the main balcony. All bedrooms have blackout blinds

BALCONIES AND LIVING SPACE
Our comfortable living area is located on the main floor, with ample seating for family and friends. Step outside onto the spacious main floor balcony where you can enjoy the bay breezes and watch the boats pass by. Climb the spiral staircase to enjoy a second balcony off the master bedroom and kids room.

KITCHEN AND DINING
Start your day with freshly squeezed Florida orange juice and end your day with a gourmet meal prepared in our chef’s kitchen. It’s a food lover's paradise, with a deluxe kitchen and all new dinnerware and cooking appliances. Reverse osmosis water filtration system for worry free hydration.

BATHROOMS
With a full bathroom each on the main and upper floors, everyone will feel pampered. All you will need is a toothbrush, as every detail has been attended to, from the fresh towels to spa-like toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
Our common area is set up so that you can pass the time peacefully. Our community is small and friendly, with a total of only 6 units, providing a peaceful escape after a day at the beach. The backyard/waterfront area is set up with picnic tables, lounge & pub chairs, swings & a gas grill for you to use. We also have cornhole boards, a ping pong table & ring toss. There’s a comfy lounge area with couches and a flat screen TV to enjoy an outdoor movie or TV night.
