Welcome to Sunrise Vista, an elegantly decorated one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo located on the fourth floor of the well-maintained Sea Club of Indian Shores. The covered private balcony is the perfect spot to watch the morning sunrise, listen to the gentle waves, and enjoy your first cup of coffee of the day. Just a short walk from the white sandy beach, this condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm.

Sunrise Vista is beautifully designed with ceramic tile throughout and soothing blue and white hues to create a relaxed, beachy atmosphere. The bedroom features two queen-size beds and a ceiling fan to ensure your comfort. The ensuite bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. The full kitchen is equipped with all the necessary dishes, utensils, and small appliances you could need to prepare meals at your convenience.

The living room offers comfortable seating with a sofa, loveseat, and lounger. Relax and watch your favorite shows on the Smart TV with an extended channel lineup, or stay connected with the condo’s Wi-Fi.
