This spacious three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath unit will sleep six guests comfortably with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the guest bedroom, and 2 twin beds in the 2nd guest bedroom. Townhouse 21 has vaulted ceilings and a great view of the golf course! The unit has Free WiFi and Free North American long-distance calling. Vista Verde North has a lovely pool and spa, too. Isla Del Sol - meaning Island of the Sun, is an island community on a tropical barrier island surrounded by Boca Ciega Bay and nestled between the southernmost tip of St Petersburg and St Pete Beach, Florida. St. Pete Beach, the most southern link in a chain of barrier islands that make up the Tampa Bay Sun Coast, offers residents and visitors miles of pristine white sandy beaches that border the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. • Keep balconies and walkways clear. No towels, clothing, umbrellas or other items are to be hung from railings or balconies.
• Barbecuing or grilling on balconies is allowed with an electric grill ONLY.
• Do not feed seagulls from the property.
• Park in assigned space for your unit. All vehicles must have parking permits displayed. Vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at renters expense.
• Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 11pm -8am. This is a private condominium or home and there are year round occupants that live in the building. While you are on vacation, they may not be.
• All trash is to be bagged and placed in garbage chute or proper containers.
• Cars must be pulled into the parking space as normal. No backing into parking spaces.

Great location

The place was very clean, beds were very comfortable if you like a firm mattress. We had everything we needed. The location was perfect for what we needed. I dropped one star due to the difficulty we had with the key pad. There were no instructions how to use it and it would take multiple times to enter code to gain access every time. The kitchen window had no seal on it and there were paper towels stuffed around it to keep the air out. The toaster wasn’t the best and partially broken. Most of the plug outlets were loose and our chargers would just fall out. The need to go to the office for a parking pass was a bit frustrating since their hours were 9-noon. It would be nice if those were waiting for us when we arrived. A welcome basket with some snacks, coffee pods, tea, and parking passes would be a nice touch especially for people who arrive late.

disappointed with Vrbo reputation

Not what was advertised; not clean;--owner never did any upgrades in this unit -.not the faucets, or the windows ( stuffed with tissue), broken screen door on back exit to patio- no use of screen opening in front door - and no use of garage ( as pictured and promised in email correspondence; --in house W/D were really in an unprotected garage, surrounded by large old vacuum, mops, ironing board - very difficult to get to dryer -(I have photos)-;Access to front door lock was terrible (from our first entrance into condo)..- and we were "told" not to use the garage door as access ( which led into kitchen for grocery drop offs) - after much complaining, a representative came, and he when could not unlock front door, -was a keypad ONLY then installed ( 4 weeks into the 6 week stay). Sandy Beach rentals were not particularly helpful ( 2 people were understanding) but one person told us that the garage was never mentioned...it was only pictured in the initial website for the property. Vrbo advertises the "place is all yours"--this owner had every available space in or near garage, locked and filled with his personal belongings ( only ONE clothes closet in the whole downstairs..where we stayed.) One reason we could not use garage was he had a storage unit right in the middle of it - rendering it unusable. Also, the opening into the garage did not even have a lock on it..so an unworkable front door forced us to leave the unit unlocked when we left for the day.

A great place! Wish it had a barbecue either at the unit or the pool area. Can use more shade at the pool and the patio of the unit. Other than that, it was wonderful.

Isla del Sol St. Pete Beach

Our townhouse was clean and spacious. Sandy Beach checked with us right away to see if everything was ok. There were a couple of minor plumbing maintenance issues that Sandy Beach resolved quickly when notified. The process for getting a parking pass is somewhat inconvenient - going to a management office at a different location.

Overall, the property was good. 3 BR allowed everyone to have their own rooms. Spacious and well appointed. Very close to the pool. Parking was great. Location to nearby beaches and other St. Pete destinations was great. The only issues were these: 1) the beds were uncomfortable; a foam topper would go a long way, 2) bugs - seems the property was treated, but we saw some.

Spacious townhouse

The area is incredibly safe with security guards frequently driving around the property. It’s very quiet and is in an excellent location. The pool area is immaculate. It’s very easy and safe to walk or bike. Fort De Soto State Park is a nearby gem with beautiful beaches and a bike trail.

Good but could have been better. Location was excellent and close to lots of beaches, it was in a safe community and was easily accessible. Pool was lovely and close by. We felt that the house was tired and in need of some tlc, which let the appeal of the house down. Glass and plastic wear was limited. The house would benefit from having beach supplies available because of of the proximity to the beach. All in all we had a good stay.

Great house but lacking a few things...

We stayed here for a family vacation with 3 adult couples! First, the location was excellent - close to the pool and a walk (up the bridge) or short drive to the beach! Second, the communication with Sandy Beach rentals was also excellent, they were quick to respond! However, we aren't giving a full 5 stars for a few reasons. First, the home was a little dirty; we had to request new pillows and sheets. We also ended up mopping the floor because it was dirty! Second, the TV/Wifi was very delayed and slow. If you are looking for a place to winter/stay longterm and would need Wifi for work purposes, this may not be the best place for you! Third, the house was lacking some "beach essentials" we thought they would have. There were no beach towels, chairs, coolers, etc. Overall, the stay was great and we would stay again - we would just come prepared with more "essentials" we thought we would have been provided with.

Somewhat Disappointed

The condo was ok. I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit. The dining room table had something sticky all over it when we arrived. There was no cutting board in the kitchen to be found, among some other things that I think could have been added in the kitchen. I have stayed at several condos in the area over 20 years and know not to put anything on the counters because of ants. But there were ants everywhere. The vacuum cleaner we finally found in the garage was broken so we could not use it. There were no extra sheets for the beds, and if I had known that the condo was not sanitized because of COVID I would not have booked it. As far as the location it was great, the property was great. But I don't think I would book this unit again.

Perfect Location

This home is the perfect location-it is a close drive to the beach, John’s Pass, shopping and lots of other activities. We have stayed in this rental multiple times and it never disappoints. It is always clean and the pool is fabulous.

Great unit in a nice community. Could use a little refreshing, but fully functional at this point.

One downside - no grill. I believe there might be some community restrictions on their use.
