While communication was technically prompt, it was clear we were dealing with multiple people through a management company rather than a single host, which made coordination frustrating. We requested and paid for early check-in, but it was not honored despite repeated follow-ups including day of 2 hours before early check in was supposed to occur. While the charge was later refunded, this could have been handled much more smoothly.Upon arrival, floors were dirty, the pull-out couch sheets were stained, and several lamps and outlets didn’t work. The Roku TV never functioned despite multiple codes and troubleshooting with the management team. Pool heating, which we also paid for, did not work, and although we were told someone would check it, no technician ever came. The refund has been approved but not yet received.We also rented a golf cart expecting quick beach access, but it was not practical or legal on the roads as listed. The listing says 5 minutes to the beach but it is actually at least 10 to get to the actual beach, not just inter coastal water by a bridge. Overall, while the home appeared “clean” on the surface, unresolved issues, unfulfilled services, and constant back-and-forth made the stay stressful and disappointing for the price paid. I wish there were more characters to provide further details so others can be completely informed in their choice to stay here.
