Magnificent beach front condo, located in the heart of Indian Shores, which lies off the beautiful Florida's West Coast in the Gulf of Mexico. Indian Shores is located between Clearwater Beach (rated top ten beaches in the world), and St. Petersburg, Fl. and close to Tampa International Airport. Enjoy relaxing on the balcony that overlooks the beach while watching beautiful sunsets.

Sea Gate 102 offers you magnificent views of the ocean from inside the living room, dining room, kitchen as well as the Master Bedroom. It has a large balcony overlooking the beach that seats six people. The unit also includes under roof parking, Free WiFi, and Cable TV.

The living room overlooks the balcony and the beach. It has 2 Tommy Bahamas couches and a lazy boy plus a large screen flat panel T.V. and Blue Ray player.
The newly furnished dining room seats 6. There is a bar area in the dining room with a wine and beverage cooler.

New renovations include custom cabinetry in the kitchen with high end granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, and two counter bar stools.
Master bedroom overlooks the balcony and the ocean. It has a king size bed with new Serta Mattress and Tommy Bahamas furnishing as well as a large flat panel T.V. There is a large walk in closet off the master bedroom.

The Master Bathroom has granite counter tops, double vanities, a bath tub/shower with a glass panel and artistic tile insert.

The second large bedroom has two queen beds with new Serta Mattresses and a large panel T.V. This room also includes a spacious closet.

The Third bedroom has a double bed and a large closet.

There is a separate Laundry room with full Washer/Dryer and iron.
The condo includes all of your bed linen, towels, beach towels, beach chairs as well as beach toys.

Sea Gate offers one of the largest heated pools on the beach. There are several gas grills as well as two Tiki Huts overlooking the beach and a very large charcoal barbecue.

Our first floor location gives you an option to use the elevator or the stairs and makes it easy to get to the beach and pool.

A wonderful experience!

Everything was wonderful! The linens were cotton and fabulous! All the rooms had overhead fans! The washer/dryer in the condo was so convenient! The pool was great! I will definitely be back!

Great place for a beach getaway

Loved this condo and we enjoyed all the sunsets from the balcony. The entire condo was very clean and had a well equipped kitchen. Tastefully decorated and comfy beds. Our host was very helpful and answered any questions we had quickly. All in all, couldn’t have asked for anything more. Looking forward to our next vacation to this lovey spot.

Awesome stay

It is my daughter’s senior year of high school and we found this beautiful condo that worked perfectly for us. The owners were quick to respond. When we arrived the cable box needed replaced and they did this quickly which was great because we are basketball fans for the NCAA tournament. Perfect location and very clean. We would highly recommend anyone to rent this place.

Simply Amazing!!

This is a beautiful condo. It is very clean and has everything you need. The owners were amazing and very easy to contact and communicate with if needed. The property is very well maintained from the BBQ area, the pool as well as daily cleanings of the area leading to the beach. The onsite staff was very friendly. We had an amazing week and will be back to this specific condo.

Awesome Girls Trip!

This condo is beautiful and is in a beautiful location! The beach is gorgeous and is nice that it is right out front. There were five of us, so the condo fit us perfectly! We ate a few restaurants nearby and cooked in the condo. Olivia was very helpful answering any questions we had. We are already planning on returning next year!

I would strongly recommend this condo. It is very comfortable and has everything you need. It is conveniently located within walking distance of bars and restaurants. The pool area was nice and the beach couldn't be closer. Also, Olivia was great to deal with and she did everything to make sure that we enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous location and condo !

This recently renovated unit is very convenient, comfortable and represented exactly as you will find it. Comfortable beds, plenty of dishes and room for all of us. It is conveniently located with easy access to the airport, up and down the peninsula and into Tampa. There is plenty to do and relaxing on the beach was our favorite thing to do. You can walk for miles and miles on beautiful white sand beaches. We will definitely book this accommodation again.
