Quiet Bungalow Just Minutes To Clearwater/Honeymoom Beaches/Dunedin/Blue Jays

Welcome to Clearwater! This bungalow was completely remodeled (2015) and turned into a pleasant "home away from home" for anyone looking to get close to the pristine beaches of Clearwater, Honeymoon, St Pete and Caladesi Island.
This home is ideal for a small group of 4-6 people. The home has two bedrooms (sleeping 4 total) and a futon-like sofa (sleeping 2). The total size of the bungalow is just over 1000 square feet.
There are slate floors throughout the residence, along with all new furniture. There is central heat and AC. The first bedroom has a Full bed; the second bedroom has two Twin beds. There is a large twin-vanity bathroom with a large custom shower. The large kitchen is fully equipped with the ability to make and serve meals for groups for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a shaded back patio behind the home with furniture to lounge on and a small electric grill. There is a large screened in front patio for lounging.

Location was perfect, close to everything. The bed was comfortable, we slept very well. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of items and the huge bathroom was a plus. They could use new camp chairs and a better outdoor space in the sun. Also there was no electric grill as stated in the listing. We had a nice stay.

Our dog is med size . The fence doesn’t go all the way to the ground so he can slip under. The house was very clean with excellent amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and safe as well as convenient to markets. This was our second stay and we would stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay. They accomidated for us needing to check in early. The bungalo was decorated very nicely. Comfy beds. Towels and toilet paper were both high quality... and you know those are important for a nice vacation. Super big flamingo beach towls were provided as well. The kitchen was well stocked and there were even a few extras in case you forgot something. Driving distance to the beach was short. Tarpon Springs was also very close. A lot of cute shops nearby in Dunedin. It was about an hour and a half drive to Venice for shart teeth hunting, though we did find a nice one at Clearwater beach. Would definitely stay again!

Don’t just hate it when pictures shown are even close to what it is I believe the pictures are from 3-4 years ago the lawn has seen care in that time frame How about having tree trimmers come when staying there and not even tell you that they coming Its so on the outside it just makes you dirty on the inside which the best but the worst either

Nice little Bungalo

Very nice. Very clean. Good neighborhood. Beds/linen very comfortable. Plenty of towels, dishes, etc. Owner has many extras there for your use. Beach chairs, beach umbrella even a stroller. We had our French Bulldog with us. The yard is fenced in but the fence bottom is pretty high off the ground in most places so don’t count on it to keep your dog contained. The garage was a plus also. We would definitely stay there again.

Sweet little place

The owner took care of any need that we had. This place was fully stocked with everything you could possibly have forgotten. The only thing that we feel people should know is there are a few places in the house that require a step down or up. There never was a problem but it was a surprise. It fit our needs perfectly for the few days there. Walking to downtown and the coast was a plus.

Happy Baby time!

We had a great stay, and Eleni was very accommodating for us and our Pets! The location was perfect and very close to hospital and my daughter’s place. The home was comfortable and perfect size for our group and it was just like a home away from home. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to be in that area, especially close to Dunedin and we will consider this location when we return to visit family.

Great location!

I loved being able to walk/run to the water. The location was easy to access and so close to the Penellas Trail. The house was clean and comfortable for the 4 of us. It was especially great to have two twins in the 2nd bedroom for my adult sister and I, as most places with two bedrooms have two queen beds.

Great stay in Clearwater! Not so close to beaches & Clearwater! As it seemed we were very close to the city of Dunedin - not so much to Clearwater!! Lots of steps in the house!! Fence outside was good but def not for little dogs as it is open in areas of the front yard!! Also information for activities in the area was 2 years old! Def need to update the literature!

Nice and quaint

My family and I ventured to Clearwater for my granddaughter’s spring break and also to celebrate a good friend’s 50th birthday. After searching for hotels and other accommodations we came across this gem. The house was just enough room for the four of us (3 adults and 1 child). It was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed for our stay. The host was easily accessible during the reservation process as well as during our stay. Decent neighborhood about 10 minutes from the beaches. I would definitely rent this property again.

Great Place To Stay!!!!

My wife & I stayed here for a month. Upon our arrival, everything was just as stated in the ad. The unit was very clean and had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and bathroom. Water pressure was great and I loved the walk in shower! Having the attached garage was also a big plus for us as we had brought E-bikes with us and were able to store them safely in there and take off from there for riding the Pinellas trail. Only had two questions while there and Eleni was quick to respond. Would stay there again and would recommend to anyone. Thanks Eleni for a great stay! Ken & Barb

Enjoyable

This little cottage was perfect for the two of us. Everything was clean and the kitchen well stocked. It looks just as in pictures. Location is convenient to beaches, Dunedin and harbor. We also enjoyed walking on the trail directly on the gulf. Overall a very pleasant experience. Would definitely book again.
