Guest bedroom = 2 queen beds, Smart TV and ceiling fan.

Living Area = New 65" Smart TV and ceiling fan.

Kitchen = Keurig machine, coffee maker, blender, toaster, Crockpot, pancake griddle and electric skillet. High-quality stainless steel pots, pans and cutlery.

Unit has 3 Smart TV's, cable TV, high speed internet, free, secure Wi-Fi. Brand new washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit. Building has elevator access with one reserved, covered parking space for Unit 406 guests with additional on-site parking.

Oceanside is located directly on the beach in the quaint, family-friendly town of Indian Rocks Beach. Oceanside Condos is a favorite among vacationers due to its fantastic location. Condo is within walking distance of many great restaurants (Villa Gallace, Monstah Lobstah, The Original Crabby Bill's, Guilty Sea Sports Pub, Jake's Cantina, Lulu's Oyster Bar, VIP Mexican), ice cream shops, night-life entertainment (live music most nights) and a CVS store.
