Loved the area, how quiet it was and beautiful view. Property manager was very responsive and we had a fabulous time. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the room, lots of scuff marks on the walls/door. Just needs some TLC.

Clean room, kitchen was furnished with necessities. Check in and check out was a breeze. Our host made sure games, restaurants and tourist information was in our condo. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach toys were available for our use. The bed was amazing, like sleeping on a cloud. The views from our balcony were amazing, I got some beautiful pictures. Even free ticket daily for something fun. Thank you for making us feel right at home. Will definitely be back.

Nice property in central location. Beautiful waterway views from the balcony . We enjoyed the use beach chairs and parasol. Plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance.

Our only complaints we had were that the floors were filthy. Our feet actually got black. I had to wipe and wipe the floors. I had to wear socks, I couldn't go barefoot. The other complaint is the curtains were broken and could not close. The sun would come in early and wake us up. Other than that no other complaints. The condo was located in a really great location. Restaurants, stores and the bar were conveniently located. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed it everyday. My daughter and niece also rented a condo in the unit, which was very nice.

Great Stay

1st I'd like to thank Christine and Abby for making our stay very enjoyable, they are great! Very good location, close to everything, condo was very well equipped right down to the beach chairs and umbrella! Christine definitely goes about and beyond, great person, felt like family.

Small and outdated

We did gave issues upon check in and they did resolve that quickly. This place was small especially the bathroom , 4 guest would be very hard to be comfortable. The couch n curtains could use to updated or deep cleaned.floors were dirty our feet were black from walking on them . Pool is not heated and is along main road mostly shaded by 2:00. Far walk to beach and in town.

Quick response from the host as we hadn't received the door code, and they responded immediately with all information. Overall the unit was clean, although the pull out sofa and pillows could use replacing or at least a good upholstery clean. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Nice small deck with seating for four. The location is close to activities without being in the center of them. Short walk to the beach and some good restaurants close by. The soft sided cooler available for use is a nice touch as we didn't think of bringing one, however the zipper is stuck/broken so replacing it would be nice as well. Overall I would stay here again.

Family Spring Break

We brought our family down for my son’s Senior Year Spring Break to meet up with a ton of families also staying nearby. The location is perfect to food, activities and shopping. We took advantage of the free tickets by enjoying the aquarium and Busch Gardens. The pool is quiet and lovely. We had great communication with our host and the studio is fully updated and beautiful. We loved it. Thank you for a great stay.

Great little condo

Kitchen well stocked. Full size stove and fridge. Balcony and pool were added plus. Easy check in and check out. Location decently quiet and away from hustle of beach area. Would suggest learning the trolley system rather than try and find parking.

Everything except the cleanliness was great. Need better cleaning crew. The toilet had mildew on bottom of rim as the kitchen sink drain. It was discussing. Everything else was awesome. Great place and location. Will recommend but PLEASE get a good cleaning crew! Hope to go back

The appliances were nice. This property is old and very run down. Primo parking next to a dumpster. Couldn’t close the bathroom door without entering the shower. Horribly small. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It was not worth the price paid.

The ceiling fan was extremely dirty, I had to clean it. The scuffed white wall could use a Magic Eraser. The linen and towels were clean and badly stained. Other than that- it was wonderful time!A few housekeeping item

Our stay was okay. The property was very quiet as we were one of two guests staying in the entire building. The walls are thin so if it was a packed week-it would be loud. The pool looked pretty nice and the elevator worked. It is conveniently located right across a bridge you take to get to a public beach area. The only issue I had with the unit was it felt dirty due to marks and dirt on the walls, doors and door frames. If you have pet allergies-do not sit on the couch. It’s full of dander and caused me to have a reaction. Had to place towels on it and the pillows if I wanted to sit there.

Overall it was a good stay. Good location. Nice pool. Quiet place. Unit could use a painting and good cleaning of the floor. Drapes had stains. Bath fan loud. Patio door difficult to open. Front door requires slamming to latch properly.
