Designed with privacy in mind, each home features professionally built lockout units between floors and neighboring townhomes, allowing guests to book individual spaces or entire homes - while always maintaining complete privacy and comfort.

Welcome to Downtown Gem, a comfortable coastal stay located just moments from Dunedin’s shops and dining. This first-floor townhome offers easy walkability plus the bonus of a private, fenced yard where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors.

- 3 blocks to the waterfront
- Direct access to the Pinellas Trail for walking, jogging, or biking miles of scenic paths

Whether you’re staying for a few days or longer, you’ll have everything you need. Guests can easily walk to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront, or grab bikes nearby for effortless exploring. Guests can rent bikes from The Bike Lab - just mention Dunedin Foundry for 10% off your rental.

The Space
This unit features two comfortable bedrooms, one full bathroom, a small den, and kitchenette:
- Bedroom 1: King bed with sliding doors leading directly to the patio and fenced backyard
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed

The private backyard includes outdoor seating, a grill, and brand-new pet-friendly turf.

Cooking
The kitchenette is thoughtfully equipped for easy meals:
- Toaster oven / air fryer combo (fits a 12” pizza)
- Induction hot plate with pots/pans
- Microwave
- Keurig coffee maker with complimentary pods and everything needed for delicious coffee, tea, or hot chocolate
- Mini refrigerator with 4 bottles of water
- Outdoors, enjoy the Blackstone grill on the patio

- Complimentary Dunedin Foundry jute beach bag, yours to keep
- In-unit washer and dryer
- Beach gear: 2 beach chairs, umbrella, and Turkish beach towels
- High chair and crib/playpen may be available upon request (not guaranteed)

Important Notes
- This is a downstairs unit in a multi-unit building. Guests may hear noise from the unit above. Downstairs units may not be ideal for sensitive sleepers. Sound machines and earplugs are provided for comfort.
- Pet fees go toward professional cleaning of all upholstery to ensure a clean stay for every guest. Please rinse pet areas in the yard using the provided hose.

Guest Count
Only the number of guests listed on your reservation are permitted on the property at any time unless you receive prior written approval from the host. Exceeding the booked guest count will result in a $100 fine per person, per night. No parties or gatherings are permitted without prior host approval.

Pets
We welcome one dog with a $150 pet fee. Two small dogs may be considered with prior owner approval.
- No aggressive breeds
- 50 lb maximum unless pre-approved by the host
- No cats (as much as we love them!)

Please review the full Pet Rules in the House Rules section before booking. If you instant-book and do not meet these requirements, you will be required to cancel from the guest side. A full refund is provided only at the time of booking.

Parking
One driveway parking space is provided. Space is limited and may not accommodate large vehicles. Additional options include limited street parking on Douglas Avenue and a nearby free public parking lot. The garage is a shared space used for bike and beach equipment storage.

Flood Zone
The property is located 3 blocks from the water in a non-flood zone.

Cameras
Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the building and in shared interior hallways only. There are no cameras inside any private living spaces.
