  • VOLLEDIGE REMODEL IN LOPING! NIEUWE FOTO'S BINNENKORT !! Dit appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers aan het strand in Land's End wordt momenteel volledig gerenoveerd en wordt SCHITTEREND !!!! De keuken wordt volledig vernieuwd en zal nieuwe apparaten en granieten werkbladen hebben, beide badkamers zullen worden gerenoveerd en bijgewerkt, nieuwe vloeren zullen door het hele appartement liggen, alle nieuwe meubels komen eraan .... niets wordt hier gemist! Dit appartement ligt direct aan het strand met uw eigen balkon om elke avond de zonsondergang over de Golf te bewonderen, u zult hier niet teleurgesteld worden! Gebouw # 10 bevindt zich direct naast het grote zwembad en de jacuzzi ter plaatse.

    Land’s End bevindt zich op Treasure Island aan het einde van een schiereiland en is aan drie kanten omgeven door water; de Intracoastal Waterway in het oosten, een pas naar het zuiden en de Golf van Mexico in het westen. Deze community zit vol met voorzieningen om iedereen bezig te houden! Groot, verwarmd zwembad, 2 bubbelbaden, zandvolleybalveld, tennis- en pickleballbanen, houtskoolgrills en een prieel voor buiten dineren, een promenade die rond de gemeenschap loopt voor uw ochtendoefening, shuffle board, directe toegang tot het strand en alles binnen deze prachtig aangelegde gemeenschap. Land’s End ligt op ongeveer 3,5 km ten zuiden van John's Pass Village op het strand van Madeira, vol winkels, restaurants, watersportactiviteiten en amusement voor iedereen. Heb je zin in een paar achtbanen terwijl je in de stad bent? Busch Gardens in Tampa ligt op slechts een uur rijden of ga binnen 2 uur naar de Disney-parken en alle andere attracties van Orlando. Het Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (huis van de winter de dolfijn), Hard Rock Casino, prachtige staatsparken en kilometers lange stranden zijn slechts enkele redenen om onze stranden in Pinellas County te bezoeken !!! The property was spectacular for our needs. We have always had a wonderful stay at LandsEnd, and this year was no different. The rooms were pretty much clean, the beach view was excellent, but for some reason (I assume construction on the premises), an overhead light came down near the sink. Other than this minor issue, the property was top notch.

The condo was amazing and the staff at Lands End were great. Thank you Cain and Angie. A special shout out to Bill! We had a wonderful gulf view and the unit was clean. Family friendly, quiet and everything you need for a beach vacation. The location was perfect for shopping and all our needs. We definitely hope to return next year.

Beautiful location!

Updated condo in a beautiful resort like setting. Lots of amenities, great pool area, and right on the beach.

A Treasure

We loved our stay at Lands End. It was perfect for us. The beach was beautiful, not crowded and just yards from our building. We enjoy the board walk around the property. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was great also. Would definitely go back.

Absolutely amazing

The property was absolutely amazing and clean. The unit has been updated and is very nice. If you are looking for a friendly family environment this is your choice. The beach was great, if you like to find/look for shells this is the place to go! We will be returning for another family trip soon.

Beautiful Unit

This is the most modern, beautiful unit I have seen at Land's End. The beach is very quiet, many days the ocean was glassy and calm. Plenty of local restaurants around. The unit is spacious and has everything you may need including a crock pot, a blender, a few books, and tic tac toe.

Hands down the best!

I've stayed at several beachfront VRBO's on Treasure Island and this is hands down the best. Quiet location, Incredible sunset views off the balcony, perfect beach access, PREMIUM quality furniture and accessories inside. Awesome heated pool, hot tub and tennis courts. The owners clearly spared no expense designing and decorating this condo. I could go on and on, but take my word for it, grab this place if it's available...

Spring Break

The condo was amazing and had everything we needed for a great week. The condo is updated and the pictures in the listing are exactly what you'll find. Condo has a well stocked kitchen with everything you'll need. The beds are all very comfortable and the bathrooms are updated as well. The location to the beach and pool was great. Excellent ocean views off the balcony. They also have a few beach chairs for you to use. Kids like the tennis courts and shuffleboard. You can get gear at the gatehouse. A short drive to most restaurants and grocery stores. Only a half hour from Downtown St. Pete. Even took in a TB Rays game. Would stay here again!

This condo is so amazing and just as advertised. The updates are beautiful and the condo was very clean. It’s located right next to the pool. Tons of bath towels (which they wash for you on checkout). You need to bring your own beach towels but the laundry in the condo makes it easy to clean them and helps to pack less. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys (paddle ball and water frisbee) and pickleball equipment! Even included a fishing rod! The pool is huge and wasn’t busy when we were there but everyone we met was super friendly, and the few condo owners we met at the pool were very welcoming. There is a playground on the beach 5 minutes away and a few beach bars about 10-15 minutes down the beach (all by walking). Treasure island itself is just that- a treasure! Beachy and quaint, friendly locals and great restaurants (highly recommend Ricky Ts and Super Scoops ice cream) It also has a Publix. For planning purposes you’ll need to buy cooking oil etc. there is no food at all left behind except salt and pepper. There were coffee filters and one paper towel roll plus four toilet paper rolls. There is only one dishwasher pod and no laundry soap so you’ll need to buy that as well. None of it an issue but nice to know ahead of time. Also be aware that nobody under the age of 17 is allowed in the hot tub. We didn’t know that until the day before when we were sent the rules. It wasn’t an issue because it was plenty warm while we were there.

Awesome unit, but pool rules were sus.

This unit is amazing in terms of cleanliness and decor. Loved it! Only thing I would recommend is bringing an eye mask for sleeping in the primary unit. The shades over the windows are NOT dark at all. But, additional plusses are lots of beach equipment, a coffee pot AND a Keurig, washer & dryer, and keypad locks. My *only* complaint about the property is the pool. It would appear on really high traffic weeks like spring break, they have pool monitors who ensure that no fun is had, except in your chairs. Can't even drink WATER in a Stanley or Yeti cup in or on the edge of or near the pool or hot tub. Can't throw a ball in the pool unless you're two feet from one another. I was told by another guest who was there the prior week that these rules were not being enforced, but they were this week. The folks who can afford to stay here at peak times like Spring Break are at least 30+ year-old parents with kids or couples, and many guests were 60-70+. There is no one here who is shotgunning beers until they throw up in the pool. Can't we all be treated like adults and relax? We stayed in another condo complex in Indian Rocks Beach who had no such constant pool monitor and the whole vibe was relaxed and enjoyable. Honestly, had I known I would be this policed at my happy place, I may have selected somewhere else. Yes, it's their pool, their rules, but it's a whole much ado about nothing. So, I would love to stay here again, just not on Spring break "week."

Great week at the Beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my third time using Resort Rentals for a unit at Lands End. It is my favorite community in this area. Quiet, removed and feels private. So if you are looking for things to walk to like restaurants and shopping - this is not it. This unit is outstanding. Fantastic Spring Break Getaway

We had an amazing time at this property. The pictures are 100% spot on and I don't know that I've ever stayed at a property with as many kitchen supplies as they had! It truly was a wonderful vacation and I especially loved the location - a quiet serene spot in what is normally a very busy area of Treasure Island. We did have some difficulties with the lock box - but the Rental company did a fantastic job at accommodating the issue and were quick to resolve it. Thank you to Dawn, Levi and Ron for taking care of us. I would highly recommend this place and I hope to be back myself soon!

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!

We really enjoyed staying 10/12-10/19. Everything was just as it was in the pictures. I love to cook so the kitchen had pretty much everything. I think the only thing I might would consider adding would be a few wooden spoons. I personally do not use metal utensils on any pots or pans that are non stick so it was a little hard to break apart ground beef with a rubber spatula. Beds were hard for our liking but not something I couldn’t handle for a week. Bathrooms were beautiful, another soap dish in the master bath might be a good idea and maybe a corner shelf in the shower to put your bottles on. We had no issues with placing thing on the hand bar, but I can see that it could be helpful to have a free hand rail for someone that may have a balance issue or just someone older that needs it to get into the shower with. It was easy to get from the condo to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. Unfortunately we did get hit with the red tide on our 3 day so we didn’t really go into the gulf water but still enjoyed sitting on the beach as much as we could. Not that it is any fault to the owners of the condo, but the bushes on the other side of the boardwalk were rather high so there was only one spot that you could sit on the balcony and see some of the waves breaking on the sand. I personally enjoy sitting on the balcony in the evening and listening to the crashing waves. We will be back! Thanks so much for sharing you condo with us.

Very nice

This condo unit is very nice. Recently renovated so everything is clean and updated. Kitchen is very well stocked with all we needed (cookware, utensils, glasses, etc.). Really enjoyed the covered parking. Nice view and convenient to the beach. Would stay again.
