Gulf Spray is located on the Southern end of Sunset Beach away from all the crowds and noise. The building sits across from a fabulous section of beach, and the view from the balcony or living room provides a panoramic view of the Gulf and the stunning nightly sunsets.



The beautiful property grounds are uniquely and carefully designed and maintained to provide a peaceful oasis for casual relaxing or socializing.

  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

Great accommodation for two; listing photos need to be updated

My partner and I enjoyed our week at Gulf Spray. We loved being oceanfront (morning walks on the beach, perfect sunsets), and proximity to restaurants, shops, and publix. The condo was comfortable and just right for two people. The 24 hour text concierge was hugely helpful. We especially loved the spa-like shower, the bidet, and the full-size fridge.We were disappointed that the property did not look like the listing photos. The storm did some major damage to the building. While the upstairs units were undamaged, the downstairs units were completely gutted to the studs - with exterior walls missing - so it was completely open with exposed wiring. The outdoor areas aren't well-lit at all so I wouldn't consider it safe to walk at night, especially since you have to walk around the back of the building to get to the parking area.The shared outdoor space doesn't really exist. The paved courtyard with tables and grills and plants isn't there anymore - it's an empty sandy lot now. When I asked, the concierge told me that there are no grills or picnic tables available at this location. I completely understand that the storm was devastating and that treasure island is working hard to rebuild - I just think the listing pictures should reflect what you're getting more accurately. I did bring all this to the attention of the property manager, who stated they would address the issues with the HOA.

AMAZING LOCATION AND CHEAP PRICE. you are right across the street from the beach. I stayed at this location with my mom and sister. There is a king bed that fit all 3 of us. We are coming back again fs!

Perfect location!

Location is perfect. Loved the off street parking. The unit was clean. The chairs for dining could have been better quality. The beach chairs left behind by others were trash and need to be removed. Same for the coolers. A gas grill would have been a bonus. Would def rent there again. I don’t know how often the sofa is cleaned but that maybe should be done soon. Overall a great place just have to supply your own things.

Location location location!!

Loved this place!! Literally 40 steps from property to beach bridge. Didn’t need to haul lots of things to the beach because we just walked back. Master bed was super comfy. 2 teen girls thought pullout was comfy, too. Never had such strong water pressure in a shower which felt great! We would love to return. It was a little small for 4 people but since it was just a week we made do. Highly recommend!!

The space was just enough for our family of 4. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable but according to my kids the pull out bed was a different story. Overall clean but I’m glad I brought my own hand soap because there was only one provided that had about 2 tablespoons remaining in it. We had a great time and enjoyed the beautiful views the condo had to offer!

Truly enjoyed our stay....

Gulf Spray C was exactly as pictured. Spotless and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and sun shade and easy access to the quiet beach. Everything worked perfectly and made our time there very relaxing. Our only suggestion would be an update to the tub and tub fixtures to match the rest of the bathroom. We hope to return again.

Liked location, but condo had a very musty smell that did not go away, used up a whole can of fabreeze, did not help, coffee pot was so disgusting looking, tipped over carafe while cleaning and it broke apart, bought a new coffee maker to use, left their.
