The Space:

Soft light moves through the home each morning, opening into spaces where you can ease into the day or gather with your group before heading out to explore Clearwater. The indoor and outdoor areas flow naturally, giving you room to relax, play, and unwind at your own pace. Whether you spend time in the Game room, settle into a quiet corner, or step out to the pool area, the setting invites unhurried moments together.



Sleeping arrangements

Four themed bedrooms create a comfortable setup for your stay. Bedroom 1, Beach Queens, includes 1 King Beds. Bedroom 2, Sky, features 1 King Bed. Bedroom 3, Purpink, offers 2 Single Bunk Beds. Bedroom 4, Color circle, includes 1 Queen Bed. Two bathrooms support the group with bathroom essentials and hot water.



Indoor living

The main living area provides an easy place to gather, with flexible seating that works for both group time and quieter moments. The Game room adds another layer of activity, offering a pool table, foosball table, poker table, and arcades, along with a view toward the backyard. A TV and dedicated workspace support both downtime and everyday needs. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help maintain a comfortable environment throughout the home.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen gives you the space to prepare meals with stainless steel appliances and room to move comfortably as you cook. The dining area sits nearby, keeping the space connected so meals can unfold naturally across the kitchen and living areas.



Outdoor living

The private pool anchors the backyard, creating a focal point for time spent outside. A fire pit, putting green, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor bar with a minifridge offer multiple ways to enjoy the warm Clearwater climate. A patio or balcony and a fenced backyard area provide additional outdoor seating and open space. Free parking on premises and free street parking add convenience throughout your stay.



Essentials and conveniences

A washer, dryer, essentials, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage are available for your use. Wifi supports daily use, and the smart lock allows for easy self check-in. Families will find a Pack 'n play/Travel crib and a high chair for added flexibility. Long term stays are welcomed.

Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
