What are you waiting for? This beautiful Gulf-front condo is the perfect getaway location. The one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is perfectly suited for a couple or small family to make amazing vacation memories that will last a lifetime. The sugary sand beach of Indian Shores makes the perfect playground, rounded out by the large heated pool beachside. Time to eat? Your fully equipped kitchen has what you need, there is even a gas grill near the pool area to use if you choose. Need to take a break from fun in the sun, your Gulf front living room features a large smart TV connected to high-speed WiFi with Bluray/DVD player. The bedroom also has a TV with cable and a DVD player. This is a Non-Smoking Unit. The bedroom has a California King bed and the living room couch has a convertible pop-up Queen Sleeper, there is also a Twin Rollaway bed in the closet. The desk provides you with a workspace with additional plugs and a USB port in the living room. This condo provides FREE long-distance to the US and Canada and FREE hi-speed secure WiFi. Online application operated Laundry On-Site just down the hall. Explore Indian Shores and find putt-putt golf, coffee shops, and a wide variety of restaurants to suit almost any fancy. Can't wait to go back!
Everything was amazing while staying at Chateaux Condominiums with Plumlee. The staff at the office were so laid back and nice. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. The view of the beach from our condo #108 was breathtaking! I can't wait to go back and will definitely rent through Plumlee in the future!

Indian shores condo
Beach is nice and not super busy. The area doesn’t have much for food/bars within walking distance! Condo is nice and clean. Could use a couple updates (shower head). Would recommend.

Couldn’t ask for a better location!
This condo was perfect for my husband, son, and myself. You couldn’t be closer to the beach unless you were on the beach. The beach was never crowded and the depth of the water was perfect for our 2 year old as it was shallow until you were out really far. We can’t wait to go back!

Breathtaking Views
We chose Chateaux 108 for our honeymoon based on the reviews of the beautiful sunsets and being able to watch the dolphins from the balcony. The previous reviewers were spot on. We watched dolphins swimming by daily and the sunsets were gorgeous! The condo was comfortable and accommodated us perfectly.
Our only "complaint" would be that we had to check in at a separate location. We flew in to Clearwater and didn't rent a car so we had to Uber to the rental place for check in and then Uber a second time to the condo. Since there is keypad access at the condo, my suggestion would be to message the code to the tenant prior to arrival so that extra stop could be eliminated.
All in all we loved the location and look forward to our next trip back to Indian Shores Beach!!

Beautiful View and clean condo!
Chateaux condo 108 was very clean and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The beach and pool area were very clean. Plenty of restaurants, bars and ice cream places within walking distance. We had a fantastic time!!!

Beautiful view, location and condo!
Loved this property and everything that came with it. You can’t beat watching dolphins and the amazing sunset from the balcony. The furniture was comfortable and clean. Parking and access the condo were easy and convenient. The beach was beautiful and easy to access and I enjoyed the pool. There are so many delicious restaurants and fun attractions close by. I enjoyed having a kitchen, big screen TVs and quick internet. Everything was superb!

Great 1 bedroom condo right on the beach
This was a very well maintained 1 bedroom/1 bath condo directly on the Gulf. Loved seeing the sunsets from the beach or from the balcony. Nice pool and area to sit under in the shade. We used the gas grill a few times. Very nice TVs. Has chairs and beach umbrella. Under building parking keeps your car cool.
