The property was fantastic. You literally just need to bring your clothes and food. Everything you could ever think you would need in your own home let alone a vacation home is provided for you. I would absolutely stay here again and have every intention of doing so.

Unit is dated but clean in a great location. The door lock broke and service did not respond in time forcing us to pack everything and leave one night early to attend an event on time. We could not leave all our belongings unattended in an unlocked unit. It was not worth returning late that night and unpacking again. We would like that night refunded as the unit could not be secured.

Overall, we were quite happy with our stay at Beachcomber. Our only two issues were communication and the outlets. We were there over a holiday weekend. We were trying to find out what kind of coffee maker the unit had since we were picking up supplies…we didn’t receive a response till several hours later. Also, most of the electrical outlets were very difficult to keep thing plugged into. You’d plug a phone charger or hair dryer in and it would fall right out. Otherwise, this place is really great. Very clean, spacious and truly steps from the beach. There are many fun restaurants walking distance as well. We would absolutely stay again.

The house was ok. The house was older and you can see where repairs have been made like the walls, ceilings and flooring, but the repair jobs were not done well as there are lots of blemishes on the walls and ceilings still. The front door and side door have no child proof locks. Parents be aware! There was very little amenities in the house. We had bring a lot of our own stuff.

For being a 100 year old house it was a great stay. Could use some updates. The laundry is not user friendly. Shower is not made for anyone that is tall. The beds were very comfortable.

Amazing location, was able to walk to restaurants, bars, shopping. The beach steps away. Wonderful place to stay for us girls who stayed behind enjoying the beach while our guys went to spring training games.

Beachcomber

The Beachcomber is a very old Florida style house that is truly steps away from the sugar sand of Clearwater Beach. There is considerable hurricane damage in the area, but not on this property that we could see. It has two queen beds, so depending on what you need it was comfortable to sleep four, plus two couches that were comfortable enough. The house was spotless, and the one minor issue we found they were super responsive to. No complaints.would definitely stay at the property again-

Close to beach

The home was very clean-despite having going through a hurricane a month prior to our stay. You are in the side street but steps away from the beach. This is a fairly large space with 2 living areas. Small but functional kitchen and the bedrooms both had TV's which was nice! If you are bringing a dog, there is no real space for them to hang out as the backyard only has a deck. The nice thing is you are on the north end of the beach and dogs are allowed by accessing a few blocks down.

We enjoyed our stay at the Beachcomber. The house itself was fantastic. Very clean and spacious. The only thing that was not stated clearly in the details that the pool is actually at the rec center two blocks down. Very nice pool. Overall we would stay here again. It was very nice area close to everything and steps from the beach.

Late July Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Beachcomber Beachhouse. There was an issue with the air conditioning on our arrival date and we stayed at another property until the issue was corrected. We were able to move to the Beachcomber easily and enjoyed our stay. Very close to the beach, restaurants, and entertainment. A fun family vacation, would definitely recommend to others!

Location and space are absolutely wonderful. Literally steps away from the beach. comfortable and plentiful space to relax in the living room. well appointed. the laundry room is a downer, but it has the merit to be there. Grandson Birthday Beach Vacation

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and in close proximity to things around town as well as the beach access. I would suggest that the property provide more than one roll of toilet paper and provide dish soap to wash dishes as the dishwasher wasn’t very effective at cleaning them. Other than that it’s a great place!

Property was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking for up to 3 vehicles and parking is a premium throughout Clearwater Beach. 1 minute walk to the beach and short walks to great dining and shopping options. Out pet Cockapoo was welcome which was a priority for us to find a suitable property so we could bring her along. :)
