RESERVED COVERED PARKING

Your stay includes a dedicated covered parking space reserved specifically for this condo.

There is no need to search for an available space when you return from dinner or a day exploring Treasure Island. Your parking spot is reserved for you throughout your stay.

One parking pass is included per stay and should remain visible on your dashboard. If you are traveling with additional vehicles, paid parking is available nearby.

CHECK IN AND BEACH ACCESS

Upon arrival, please stop by the front desk to check in and pick up your room keys, parking pass, and pool wristbands.

The condo can be accessed through the lobby elevator or outdoor stairs.

The pool and beach are accessible through the lobby. Wristbands are required for the pool area and are provided by the front desk. Replacements can be issued if a wristband is lost or damaged.

GUEST LAUNDRY AND STARTER SUPPLIES

Coin operated washers and dryers are conveniently located on the second floor.

The condo will be stocked before your arrival with linens, towels, toiletries, and starter quantities of household essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, creamer, and trash bags.

Starter supplies are intended to help you settle in and may need to be replenished during longer stays. Additional cleaning services may incur an additional fee.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES

• This condo is independently owned and operated. Building staff cannot provide additional towels, linens, toiletries, or other supplies for the condo.
• For your security, we communicate exclusively through your booking platform. We will never ask you to communicate with us outside of your booking platform.

HOUSE RULES
• No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted inside the condo or on the balconies. Violations may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund, along with additional cleaning fees.
• Please keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM out of respect for our neighbors and other guests.
• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
• Please do not hang towels, clothing, or other items from the balcony railings.
• Please rinse off excess sand before entering the condo and shake sand from beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and other beach items before bringing them inside.
• Please return all provided beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and other items to the condo after use.
• Your stay includes one reserved covered parking space. Please park only in the designated space for this condo and keep your parking pass visible on your dashboard.

SEA TURTLE NESTING SEASON:
The City of Treasure Island hosts nesting sea turtles from May 1 - October 31. Sea turtles are susceptible to many threats, and we thank our guests for helping us protect these vulnerable animals.

The City lighting ordinance forbids direct light sources visible from the beach after dark, with daily fees of up to $500 for violating this ordinance. We recommend pulling the blinds closed in your room if you will have the lights on after dark, or using an indirect light source such as the TV, the lights underneath the kitchen cabinets, or the bathroom lights.

Additional ways for beachgoers to help protect sea turtles include:
• Removing ALL items, including trash, from the beach each day
• Filling in holes and knocking down sandcastles on the beach
• Refraining from touching sea turtles or using flash photography

We appreciate your partnership in protecting the sea turtles.

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECKOUT REQUESTS:
• Check in begins at 4 PM and checkout is by 10 AM.
• Early check in and late checkout may be available for an additional fee. All requests must be approved by the host in advance and are subject to availability.
• Please submit requests as far in advance as possible so we can coordinate with our cleaning schedule.
• Entering the condo before your approved check in time or remaining in the condo after checkout without prior approval may result in additional fees.
