With Madeira Beach a short walk away as is the heated swimming pool, shuffleboard court and BBQ facilities as well as popular John's Pass Village, this vacation promises to be a guaranteed hit with every member of your family. This retreat at 345 Surf Song offers plenty of living space amid a tropical decor. The kitchen is stocked with essentials for your stay and is spotless, efficient and very accommodating - perfect for those that prefer to cook while vacationing. The living room provides plenty of seating, a 50 inch flat panel television, as well as a spacious dining table. Step outside into the outdoor balcony and relax while enjoying a side view of the gulf waters. In the master bedroom, you will find a king sized bed, complete with a 32 inch flat panel television. Linen for all beds, extra pillows & and sufficient towels for your stay are always provided. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.
When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.

The condo was very clean and nice. Items were well stocked with what you’d need for an extended stay. Our only issue was with the rental company’s AC policy. But they did bring us some box fans to use while we stayed.

Great Birthday getaway
Overall this was a great location right on the beach and across the street from some great shopping and dining.
We love this area and have been visiting it for years.
Unlike other condos, this one does not have "beach" equipment or beach towels but we made due.
Will stay here again!!

Ok stay for the area…but big some flaws
Property was close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Being in a populated place lots of restaurants are super overpriced for the quality of what you get.
Property its self didn’t look clean. Grout was extremely dirty. Bed sheet/quilt top had stains on it. Towels were super rough and really small. Cookware was not in super great condition and also not non stick which just made more of a mess. The vents had a lot of black spots and black dust coming out. Patio door doesn’t seal well so the condon had lots of humidity and always smelled musty. Also the hallway leading to your condo is in a shared space that doesn’t air out and just smelled like super wet and moldy carpet. First day there they had an exterminator needing to come in to spray for bugs (poor planning on Sunhost end I guess)
Wasn’t super great to hear from the guy “you don’t need to move your stuff, I will just spray behind the bed just so you all don’t get bit”. I did not see any bugs in the place nor bed bugs under the mattress or in the lining but was a bit concerning to hear. Was not really worth what we had spent. Will most likely spend our money elsewhere.

Beautiful condo
We had a great time and really enjoyed being so close to everything. Only thing I would say is a downfall was that if you are wanting quiet nights you may not get it with the windows and doors open because of live music from John’s Pass. It really wasn’t that big of a deal. Other than that we had a great time and the property management was amazing and very helpful. We will absolutely be staying here again.

This property was actually prettier inside than the pictures online. The decor was super cute and very modern. The pullout bed/couch needs to be updated as it was a bit uncomfortable but the bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable! The location was excellent. We would definitely book this condo again!
