'Prima hotel als uitvalsbasis in en om Buffalo. Dichtbij metro en bus om downtown te komen. Er is ook een gratis shuttle van het hotel. Hotel is omgeven door het ziekenhuis dus niet heel sfeervol. Onze kamer zat aan de achterkant waardoor wel wat geluid van de ventilatie hoorbaar was. Maar met raam dicht gaf dit geen overlast. Enige minpunt was het ontbijt. Dit was erg karig. Er was weinig keuze en wat er te kiezen was, was al grotendeels op om 8:30 en werd niet meer bijgevuld. '

The area is walkable with several shops, restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back if we ever get back here again.'

'We had an excellent visit to Best Western On The Avenue! The front desk staff were lovely upon arrival and check-in was a breeze. We were very pleasantly surprised with the Jetted Tub room where the Whirlpool hot tub was clean and functioned perfectly. The bathroom was ideal with a large shower, mirrors and a very unique red light bulb option. The Keurig, microwave and fridge in room were great amenities. The hotel was walking distance from plenty of bars and restaurants on beautiful Allen St....

'Beautiful old mansion lovingly restored with so much charm! This was a fantastic location for our needs. We were able to walk past estates and cute cottages with beautiful gardens to shops and restaurants for breakfast and lunch. Close to the Buffalo History Museum and other local attractions and about 20 minutes from Niagara Falls. Our host was able to let us have an early check in time and he gave us a tour of the house with some interesting background info. He lives quietly on the third...

'Conveniently located. Check in was very easy with regular communication. Very pleasant stay and a nice convenient breakfast with a good assortment in the morning. Very nice renovation to a stunning older property. Only downside was creaky floors and doors on the armoire in our room (Millard Fillmore Suite)'

'There isnt anyone working at the front desk, seems to be no staff on site but they are accessible by phone/text. Only 6 parking spots for all of the hotel. We had to park on the street since its first come first serve '

'Such a beautiful building, a wonderful stay! Great area, clean room, and a nice little museum/architectural exhibition on the ground floor. Only small thing was housekeeping knocked on the door when we had do not disturb, then the next day didn't come when we didn't have the sign up, but overall very nice beautiful room and building and would come again for our next stay in Buffalo. Probably the best value for the area.'
