'Very friendly/helpful staff upon arrival. The room was spotlessly clean and struggled to find any issues with the hotel. Bit of a diamond in the rough kind of area, however as a solo traveler, the unique code to get into the hotel and the room added that extra security. Easy walk to all amenities and to the city centre, less than 20 minutes. Great value for money '

'Clean bright large room located within easy bus service to centre. There was a glitch at checkin, note that your ID must be sent to a website. The link is an impossible alpha-numerical and not hyperlinked. Very cumbersome, and frustrating. Get it sorted before arrival. Toilet facilities are located on another floor. Neighborhood is gritty working class, yet i felt safe. Just take normal precautions. '

'Take care about what type of room you book! They don't make this clear on their website, but... We booked two rooms for quite some money and when we arrived it turned out that we had to share a bathroom with the whole floor! by the way, this bathroom had a carpet?! Very nasty if many people use the shower in one morning... Rooms are small and windows can not open. which makes the place smell like grandmothers attic...'

'Het hotel heeft een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Heeft een mooie menukaart voor het diner. Is schoon en netjes in de openbare ruimtes. De kamer was uitstekend, ook schoon en netjes, niet gehorig. Het hotel is gemakkelijk te bereizen van/naar het centrum (met de bus). Personeel is vriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader!'

'Superb studio apartment, absolutely immaculate. Great TV (all the channels and streaming that you might want) and great wifi. It was very handy to have a fridge as well. I had a bit of trouble accessing the key fob as it is self-service check-in, but a very quick call to the management sorted it straight away. Thank you Abi and Charlie for a fantastic stay, incredible value for money! I expect I'll be back'
