'The AC didn’t work at all, I was almost frozen even I set it to be 85 F. It was terrible to stay one night with no heating on. The room was also not clean, the first room they gave me was completely used. After switch to the second one, the bed and bathroom was cleaned, but you could tell the sofa, desk, chair was used by last customer. Pillows were everywhere, bathroom didn’t have towels except one hand towel. The parking is extremely difficult, there is no ramp attached to the hotel. You need...

'Exceptionally beautiful historic building; great surroundings. Front desk staff all excellent, very patient, helpful, friendly and informative. Made up for the deficiencies of housekeeping -- after our first night they threw out all our coffee cups, failed to replace them, as well as water bottles and sugar. After the second night we didn't get replacement toilet paper or facial tissue. (Front desk got these for us.) Breakfast buffet and waitstaff very very good. Hotel store insufficiently...

'Redelijk hitel. Kamers wel ongezellig en clean ingericht! Maar let op...parkeren kost 25$pd!! ...En als je geen auto he t, kijk goed je rekening na! Bij mij elke nacht 15$ gerekendvoor parkeren en ik had geen auto! Beetje naar gevoel van over gehouden . Al me alokhotelmaar voor die prijs wel gezelliger hotels i St Louis. Verder was de bar enkele dagen gesloten pw.'

'Had to pay extra to use the gym/weight facility. Parking for guest is $30 per day in garage. There are restaurants near by for lunch or dinner but breakfast, well, keep looking. '

'Super close to the center. Great Breakfast. Clean room and very friendly staff. However, it would be most likely cheaper to buy breakfast the day off then prepay while booking. I got vouchers because I paid for breakfast in advance but could see what my bill would have been and I paid more when booking the room. '

'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '
