When we first arrived, check in was really very slow and my reservation was incorrect, but Terrell on the front desk worked to fix it. There was a strong smell of marijuana on the 2nd and 3rd floors in the hallways, but the staff took care of that, as well. They were very attentive to our concerns during our stay. Don't expect your room to be cleaned daily or to have any scenic views. This is not that kind of hotel, so you get what you pay for. My primary complaint is regarding the breakfast bar. It is not well-maintained or restocked unless you ask someone to refresh it. It ran out of plates, waffle mix and other items that did not get replenished. While it was suitable for the price and close to my intended destination, I probably wouldn't stay there again.
