The home is lovely and we really appreciated off-street parking. It would have been nice to know that this is on a MAJOR street. The front bedroom was incredibly loud all night long, with a few hours of quiet between around 3am and 5am. Bring earplugs! (We didn't know.) Beds were VERY firm and my hips and lower back are still recovering nearly a week later. The full kitchen is also not stocked with items I would consider very basic. Cookware included 2 small saucepans and a one-pancake frying pan, all of which were very torn up and no longer nonstick. Hard to find measuring cups that were located in the very back of a drawer along with a sharp kitchen knife. No salt or pepper - I don't expect much, but I've never stayed somewhere with a kitchen that didn't have salt and pepper. Nothing to wash dishes with?? Had to use dishwasher, but not all items were dishwasher safe, so we did our best with soft washcloths. Fortunately we didn't plan on much cooking or we would have been really up a creek, but we did have to go eat breakfast out the second morning because it was so hard to make simple pancakes with the tools provided.
