Take it easy in this rustic cabin duplex. Enjoy a huge yard on both sides of the house, a large concrete patio, grill, and many places for a riverfront fire.
There is a train that passes by the distance of 2 blocks away and blows its horn, but not to worry, while inside, the horn is hardly noticeable thanks to the multi-layered, sound deadening windows.
Enjoy the hammock, hanging swing chair, or the porch swing.
2 bedroom, Wifi, central heat/air, full kitchen, coffee maker, etc!

Cool sight to see: There’s a Bald Eagle that often perches in a nearby waterfront tree looking for fish. If you’re patient enough, you can see him swoop down and grab one!

This is a 2 bedroom duplex unit located just outside of town, nestled right on the riverfront. You can open the curtains to welcome in tons of natural light and a beautiful view of the river. The curtains also work efficiently to block out the light, when closed, if your goal is to watch Netflix or simply get some much-needed rest.

One bedroom has a huge king bed, memory foam mattress, full dresser, and double closet.

The second bedroom has a queen bed that boasts a comfy mattress, full dresser, and small closet as well.

In the living room, you will find a couch and smart tv is capable of logging onto any of your subscriptions so you don`t have to worry about missing your favorite shows. Rock fireplace is purely aesthetic. Insurance doesn’t allow us to burn anything inside but feel free to use the outdoor firepit for a fire.

Next to the living room is a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare and enjoy a meal. In the morning, brew yourself a fresh cup of coffee with the provided coffee maker.

This rock wall bathroom with rain shower, his and her sinks, and bidet has everything you need to keep you feeling fresh!
(The waterfall shower is decommissioned due to excessive water flow running out the hot water too fast… so rain shower side only).

Outside, find a huge concrete patio and all the things you need to relax and enjoy a breathtaking sunset over the river or a campfire under the stars.
If needed, there is a laundry room located in the hallway of this duplex.
Both units have access to this laundry room so all we ask is that you please be courteous of that.

If you use appliances, dirty dishes, or make a mess, please clean, dry, and return them how they were. The maid will take care of normal maid duties such as general wipe down, sweeping washing towels and linens, etc. Thank you for respecting this home as if it were your own.

You have access to the entire east duplex(farthest from the road). The left side parking space in the driveway is yours and there is plenty of parking on the road if needed as well.

The parking, yard, and patio areas are split between the 2 duplex units.

Damage deposit is $500. This preauthorization will be refunded/disappear from your bank/credit card statement 4 days after you check out and there`s confirmation that there were no damages or extra cleaning from your stay.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside! 🚭 $1000 minimum fine if rule is broken.
If you smoke outside, be sure your cigarettes end up in the trash, not on the ground.
All guests and pets must be accounted for in the booking! Unauthorized pets/guests can result in a fine of up to $100 per pet/guest per day.
If you brought a pet, do not leave them at the property unsupervised unless they are kenneled. Unsupervised dogs tend to tear down curtains, bark, and get on furniture.
No animals on the furniture or beds! Breaking this rule can result in extra cleaning up to $200.
If your dog barks when you leave, please take them with you. Barking disruptions to neighboring guests can result in them wanting to cancel and you will be responsible for their refund amount if you are the cause.
If you use appliances, dishes, etc, please clean, dry, and return everything where you found them or make previous arrangements to hire the maid to do this for you otherwise additional cleaning fee will be assessed.
The included maid services will take care of linens, towels, wipe down, taking out trash, sweep, dust, and mop, but please pick up after yourself and be tidy. This is how we keep low cleaning/maid fees, so we appreciate your help in keeping it this way 🙌🏼
