The Gathering Place est une villa de 4 chambres et 4, 5 salles de bains située au 18ème fairway du parcours de golf de Ledges. Son aménagement spacieux comprend une grande cuisine et 2 espaces de vie extérieurs pour le plaisir de tous! Le niveau principal abrite la chambre principale et la fantastique cuisine qui est équipée avec des ustensiles de cuisine, ce qui facilite les repas pendant les vacances. Sortez vers le patio inférieur qui contient un barbecue et une salle à manger extérieure. À l'étage supérieur, vous trouverez davantage de terrasses extérieures sur le balcon supérieur où vous trouverez un coin salon avec des chaises longues pour vous détendre. Profitez de l'une des meilleures vues du canyon de neige à tout moment de la journée!

Bien sûr, l'expérience en plein air est le clou du sud de l'Utah, Snow Canyon (à 6 km) et le parc national de Zion (à 49 km) en sont le couronnement. Besoin de quelque chose à faire la nuit? Assistez à une pièce de théâtre au théâtre Tuacahn, à seulement 16 km.

Love This Place!

This place has a great floor plan, every bedroom has an attached bath, the kitchen is great and well stocked for a large group, and it's very clean. We would love to stay here again!

Great space for large group

We loved our stay at this property. The dice was perfect for four families and exactly as shown in the pictures. Management was attentive and helpful. Would definitely rent here again.

Quiet Location

It was nice to have a quiet location. Many things were nice about the stay. A few items that did come up were that the soap dispensers in 2 bathrooms started off almost empty so I had to look around for soap to fill them up and the heated pool that made us more interested about the location wasn't working very well.

The only issue we encountered involved the upstairs bedrooms. They are spacious, but all three were hot during the night and would not cool down. The particular room I stayed in had a faulty ceiling fan that could not adjust speed and was set on the lowest setting, making the room even warmer. I'll give the overall rating a 4.

One thing we didn't realize is that one of the bedrooms upstairs, shares a bathroom and it is not it's own, but not too big of deal (just didn't specify in the listing) - Only other thing is, there was a small leak under the kitchen sink that's been there awhile and starting to rot the wood and have a lil smell ... But other than that, absolutely perfect!

Great place to stay with family & friends

This place is a great getaway with family and friends, a short drive (~10miles) from St George. Very close to the snow canyon state park that is perfect for hiking around red petrified rocks and sand dunes. Also, it is an ideal spot for biking. The complex provides great amenities inc. pool, hot tub, pickleball courts and Golf at a discounted price, to name a few. Although this place was clean in terms of kitchen, bathrooms and beds, we felt all the pillows in the living area as well as bedrooms were dusty. Another issue we experienced was that the fan in the loft area was really noisy that made kids hard to sleep. we felt the management responses were a little slow. Besides this, we had a great time as a family and with friends.

The house was fantastic and being on the 18th tee made it easy to walk over to the clubhouse for our round of golf. The customer service was extremely attentive and helpful. One of my best memories for our annual golf trip. Will continue to push the thought of having the group come back. The golf planning done by the ledges team was great and made it super simple. Overall I only have great things to say about Dan and his team for helping me out this together.
