I want you to know that your health and safety is our first priority!

We’ve always taken great pride in our clean condo and our reviews show it, and we know this is more important than ever right now. On top of our already exceptional cleaning procedures, we’re adding a deep cleaning service after each rental to make sure our routines are more rigorous. This means more time will be spent cleaning our condo. We are wiping down all handles, knobs, and other items that guests touch on a regular basis with Clorox and other sanitizing cleaning products. We’re taking guidance from the CDC, which recommends regular cleaning as one of the most important preventive measures we can take.

Come stay with us and create memories that will last a lifetime. This gorgeous fully remodeled Sports Village condo is located in the Green Valley area of St. George in the heart of the Southwest and within close distance to:

It's a year-round desert playground that offers hiking, golfing, biking, climbing and many more family friendly activities. Hiking in Snow Canyon, swimming and boating in Sand Hollow. Excursion information available upon request.

Our goal is to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable condo that exceeds your expectations. This modern fun condo features everything you need to feel at home:

Clubhouse Amenities:
Sports Village is a full amenity resort with a Clubhouse, 3 swimming pools (family, adult, and kids pool), tennis and pickleball courts, hot tub, basketball, weight room, racquetball, and many more games. Picnic area with BBQ grills and tables.

Entire space is included in this rental. Please make yourself at home. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival.

Other things to note:
- No pets allowed, any pets or presence of a pet will result in, but not limited to, a $300 fine
- Absolutely no smoking allowed in the condo!!

Please remember that you are staying in a condo, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible. Note, there is no one living there on-site 24/7.

Brown stain on one of the mattresses. Good thing we already had an air mattress handy because we needed that bed. Fun place to stay with a family

The property had lots of activities which was fun. We were bummed the pickleball courts weren’t open yet! The condo was comfortable and maybe a little tight for our family of 6 with a couple teenagers in the mix. Dallas got back to me quickly with any concerns. Better than expected!

Owners communicated very quickly and the house was very clean and homey! They had every detail thought out, perfect for an extended stay: the kitchen had everything you could possibly need, the bathroom had lots of clean towels and the washer dryer access was so helpful for a family. They even had some fun family games and puzzles and access to a swimming pool. It was the perfect place to come back to each evening after a long day outside. Would definitely come again.

Cute and fun for the family!

Me, my husband and our two kids(2 and 5) stayed here for the weekend and we had a lot of fun! We were given information about the property that was very detailed, so there was no confusion when it came time to check in and check out. The communication was great and the host seems super nice. The condo itself is more old, but still cute, quiet and cozy. My kids were stoked about the place, they loved the double bed that felt like it was just for them and were so excited to see a playground right out their back door! My one complaint is with the cleaning. It looked clean upon arrival. However, when we walked into the main bedroom there were obvious food crumbs all over one side of the dresser. It got me wondering how much they had actually wiped down/disinfected the place. I started to wipe down surfaces myself and the table looked like it had only been partially washed too. I found a ladies false eyelash squished into the rug, it wasn't hard to spot. Some of the dishes I grabbed to use still had some food stuck on them/didnt look properly washed. My spouse and I also didnt feel like the shower was clean enough for use. I'm honestly not sure if it was just my experience, other reviews talked about the cleanliness being great, so it could have been just a one time thing for sure. Once I disinfected some of the surfaces just to be sure, we had a great time and really enjoyed our weekend!
