Poolside Paradise is located in the exclusive golf community of Coral Ridge Resort and is perfect for your next Southern Utah getaway! Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, this villa sleeps 10 with a king in the master, queen in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 twin over full beds in the 3rd bedroom. This home also includes a leather sofa sleeper memory foam mattress, while each of the bedrooms boasts a plush cool gel memory foam mattress for your most comfortable nights from home. The kitchen is fully stocked to meet your kitchen needs, it has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a toaster, a blender, a hand mixer, coffee maker, tea pot, and more. This home includes cable on both of the large flat screen TV's capable of connection to your personal accounts such as netflix, Hulu, and etc. Both TV's are accessorized with new blue ray players and 50 mgs of high speed wireless internet. This roomy open concept home has beautiful mountain and water views, and is directly across the street from the clubhouse when going to the pools , hot tubs, fitness center, and putting green. It features two large seating areas, tables, chairs, and lounge area with a large BBQ grill.

Convenient location and everything that you need in a vacation home

This home was near the activities that we did--Zion National Park, Tuacahn Amphitheatre, and the St. George area. The beds were very comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and the rooms in the home were very welcoming. I would highly recommend staying here for a peaceful rest after exploring the beautiful surrounding area.

One of the best VRBOs I stayed at. The beautiful house is well supplied with soft towels, bathroom paper, storage bags, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and other household supplies. Rick, who is the host thought of everything you could possibly need. Everything is so well organized. The house is very spacious and comfortable. Rick is a very friendly and a very communicative host. This is my second time staying there. I would definitely stay there again.

Great short trip with family

I had a race down in sand hollow and wanted a place close by with a pool. The place was big, easy to find, the pools were right across the very quiet street and were so nice and big. The house itself was great, had everything we needed, air conditioning was great, i literally have zero complaints. It was very clean. The owners were super responsive and accommodating. Yes, a paradise!

We stayed here for a trip to Zion National Park. It is a perfect home for easy access to the park, yet far enough away to fully relax. The pools and hot tubs were amazing. And the home is a dream! Beautiful and a great location. The home was very well maintained and well stocked with everything you need. Great communication by the hosts. Highly recommend!!

We were looking for a place in St George, but found this in Washington City, not far from the freeway. Easy for us to get to where we needed to go. Home is across the street from the pool and club house. House is just beautiful and the layout so inviting. The host was great to check in to make sure everything was what we needed. House was well stocked with cooking needs, towels and bedding. Definitely a place we would visit again and recommend to all!

Lovely southern Utah residence

Delightful place to stay. Kitchen was incredibly well stocked which is great because we prefer to cook most of our own meals. Front patio was wonderful for morning and late afternoon relaxing and being outdoors. Nice neighborhood and not too far from the basic necessities when needed. Owner kept in touch all week and made sure everything was perfect.

Wonderful property!

We spent 8 wonderful nights at the Poolside Paradise Vacation Villa. The property was very comfortable and more spacious than the online pictures suggested. The kitchen and bathrooms were extremely well stocked which made us feel at home. The Coral Ridge community is a very nice setting and conveniently located to the parks and hiking trails. The few times we had questions Rick was very quick to respond. We would gladly stay at this property again!

Loved this ‘poolside paradise’

The home was clean and well furnished with everything you could need. Location is perfect, right across from the pool. Kiddos were disappointed the bunk bed weight limit was 65lbs, but their room was nice otherwise. Beds are comfortable, but slept a bit hot. Check out was easy and the host kind and responsive. This is our favorite VRBO in the area so far and we are eager to come back!

This is the best place to stay at Coral Ridge. The house is super clean and comfortable and is right across from the swimming pool. It’s in an excellent location, close to St. George and Hurricane where our daughter lives. The house is fully stocked with everything you need and it’s super clean. The owner is the best and answers any questions promptly . The swimming pools (there are two) are really nice and we enjoyed the hot tubs as well. This is our second time staying here and we will be back.
