This property is beautiful! It was spotless. The beds and furniture were high end and so comfortable. Every room and bathroom was extra large. We had a large group and we all had plenty of space. The decor was lovely. It was one of the most comfortable stays I have had anywhere because of the beauty and cleanliness of every part of the condo. The kitchen was so nice and had everything we needed for a large group. We really enjoyed the pool area. It was huge and offered something for every age. It was also very nice to have a garage with two parking stalls. Tammy was wonderful to work with. She was so accommodating and always quick to respond to any questions we had or anything we needed. We loved staying here. We will definitely come back.

Overall a great place to stay. The pool and lazy river are so great for all ages, and the property was spacious for our 22 guests. Also loved the proximity to the pool. Generally we wish the floors and a few other things were cleaner when we arrived, but the host was pretty helpful to get that figured out when we notified them.

We had a family reunion and all 29 attended. Our kids and grandkids loved it. It was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals and the clubhouse was the perfect activity on those hot summer days! Communication with Tammy, our host, was timely and the community in general was respectful and friendly. We had a great time!

This home fit our large family perfectly! Plenty of beds and bathrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and set up. Host was great to communicate with. Only complaint was that we had to make the bunk beds and the floors needed a deep clean. But not a big deal. It was well worth our money. The pool and other facilities were so fun. Would recommend to large families/groups.

Southwest Utah Paradise

This property is outstanding in every way! It is very well supplied with what you need for your trip! The house is clean and the neighborhood is very convenient. Tammy is very accessible via text, although we didn’t have many reasons to contact her during our stay! You also must try the neighborhood pool area, with splash pad and lazy river! You can also just sit on the side and enjoy either sun or shade! We highly recommend this place for your visit to Zion National Park, Grand Canyon North Rim, and Bryce Canyon!

Had some issues but got resolved. :)

2nd time to this Hurricane area. We came again for the access to the Lazy River, and lg. pool complex. Found very few pool towels in the condo so after making contact with property manager we met the service crew and were given more towels Never found the Corn Hole game boards, just a bag of bean bag sacks.

Just perfect

We had a very large group of mountain bikers - 16 in total - who used this home to base our SW Utah bike trip. Location was convenient, host was easy and efficient and the home was in excellent shape and fit the description as advertised. For a group this size, it was difficult to find the right place - but this was clearly the right one! Group loved the place. Thank you!

Girls Weekend Zion National Park

Several of us stayed the place was located close everything that we needed. It could be cleaner several of us noticed many household things that have not been cleaned in a longtime! The place does have all the kitchen accessories necessary!

Great for family reunion

This is a big modern attached home. Bedrooms fit us well and we especially loved all the bathrooms. The pool is lovely. Kitchen is well stocked. There is a pack and play and a high chair. Owner is easy to get a hold of. We had plenty of parking.

Awesome condo

Lasting memories for 12 friends and family, the condo fit us perfectly and was everything it was mentioned to be. Comfortable, spacious, clean and very enjoyable. The pool and lazy river was great after hiking Zion national park. Thank you for a tremendous vacation.

Alternate to The Masters

We had a 72 hole, four day golf outing and the property worked out marvelously. We had 12 men in the group and everyone was comfortable and happy. This was an annual event for us and we stayed here last year as well!!

Great house!

Amazing Property- great location!

We had a family reunion/65th birthday party here and it was a perfect property! There were a total of 11 adults and 13 kids that ended up going- kids ages ranging from 1-17- and we could not have picked a better place to stay! The bedrooms are all huge and can accommodate any family. And each family was able to have their own bathroom with only 2 bedrooms share a Jack and Jill. The table is not big enough for everyone but there are tables/chairs in the garage and a table on the porch which made it possible for everyone to sit and eat. It is also a perfect location! The drive to Zion is not far, they have a lake with boat rentals close by and a splash pad/park just a few minutes down the street where they had a peach festival at the time of our visit! The community itself is also perfect- it’s a short 1 minute walk to the pool area where they have a game room & kitchen area. Then outside on the pool deck they have plenty of seating and 4 grills at the grill/bar area. (We were able to have a bbq out there with our entire group). There is a pool/swimming area, a lazy River, hot tub, a little splash pad area for kids that has a (super fun) water slide !! Tammy was a great host! We messaged her a few times before our stay and during our stay and she responded (quickly) with an answer. Can’t say enough good things about this property- it exceeded all expectations! Would recommend to anyone and hope to be able to return for a visit again one day!

Completely satisfied

Our entire group was so happy with this property. There was plenty of space for all of us and there was never a line for the bathrooms. The beds where so comfortable. Everyone loved the pool and the rec area. We are already taking about another trip next year and will be booking again.
