Lounging At The Ledges is a 2692 sq foot, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath luxury villa furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTV's, granite counter-tops, as well as stainless steel appliances. The floor-plan is spacious with bedrooms that are quiet and private. Whether you're looking to relax or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary style bedrooms, partially covered outdoor patio, or spend time with family and friends in one of the two family/recreation rooms.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Minutes away you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world famous rock climbing and repelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

Excellent venue for a group of golfers for post-round activities- watching baseball and football. The Traeger grill did not work- couldn't get it ignited. A gas BBQ would probably be a better option?

Reviewer Comments: The home was perfect for our families, we have 3 married children with 3 grand kids, All amenities were provided, including Shampoo, conditioner, etc. There was a TV in every Bedroom including a rec. and great room, the beds were plush and comfortable, the kitchen had everything you would need including children's plates, and cups. The patio above the garage was a lot of fun gathering at night with a gentle breeze. The pool and Golf course added to having it be a great experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed at this condo with my daughter's soccer team and had a wonderful experience! I can't say enough about how nice this condo is! The combination of indoor and outdoor living areas provided plenty of space for 11 girls and 3 adults to spread out. The furnishings are top of the line, and fully stocked with all of the kitchen appliances that we could ever have needed. The bed was beyond comfortable--I wanted to pack it up and take it home with me! The wi-fi had enough bandwidth to cover all of our needs, and that's saying something considering there were eleven 18-year-old girls there! The girls enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool after a long day at the field--the hot tub was large enough for the team with extra room to spare! I also appreciated that it wasn't in the middle of town; it was just far enough out to feel like I was leaving the hustle and bustle of the city. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious condo in a great location.
