  • Uitzonderlijk mooi, nieuw gerenoveerd en ingericht huis met alle nieuwe meubels en bedden met een uitzonderlijk uitzicht vanaf het balkon op de tweede verdieping van de noordelijke bergen van St George en de prachtige Shadow Mountain-vallei. Wandel- en fietspaden letterlijk voor de deur van dit huis wachten op u om te verkennen. Breng je vrienden, breng je familie en verzamelen in deze 3 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers, slaapt 12 thuis. Kingsize bed in de grote slaapkamer. De gast slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed. De stapelbed kamer heeft twee stapelbedden met een tweeling boven en dubbel onder.

    Al onze huizen zijn allemaal particulier bezit en variëren in grootte en inrichting. Ze zijn allemaal rookvrij en huisdieren niet toegestaan. Elk huis beschikt over gratis high speed draadloos internet en kabel-tv, toegang tot zes zwembaden, twee oefenfaciliteiten, basketbalvelden, augurkvelden, tennisbanen en vele andere binnen- en buitenactiviteiten. We had the pleasure of staying at this property while my daughter was in St. George for a softball tournament, and it could not have worked out better. The location was perfect, especially since many of the teams were staying within the same complex, making it convenient and fun for everyone.The property was clean, well maintained, and had plenty of space for our family of five. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, which made our stay even more enjoyable.After long, hot days at the softball fields, the amenities and pool area were a huge hit with both our family and the team. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind.If our softball travels bring us back to St. George, we would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend this property to families and anyone visiting the area.

Awesome family getaway

This property had everything we needed for a fun stay in st George. Lots of space, fully functional kitchen, great amenities. I would stay here again!

Beautiful family unit

We really enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous location. We spent a majority of our stay sitting outside on the porch drinking coffee and admiring the majestic view of Signal peak. Short walk to the pools and water slides and then back to the porch to bbq. Definitely a much needed relaxing stay.

Great stay - great hosts!

Nice condo in a great complex. The floor plan provided a large central gathering room and 3 full baths was a huge benefit! Private balcony was spacious and overall it everything worked well! We liked that there was plenty of communal parking as well as one designated spot. We did not get a chance to visit the community center but it looked appealing. Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay

Nice condo on pretty grounds. Everything was as pictured. We were a little surprised we had to pay for the big swimming pool but there were two other small ones that we could get in with the pass. Make sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner.

Good Place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing that brought the score down was we found some blood on the door frame in the primary bedroom's bathroom, where the toilet is. There was also some yellow gunk on the light in the shower. Other than that, it was great.

They made it right

The property was a very beautiful and roomy condo. Our problem was the cleaning company. It had a horrific smell when we opened the door and as we walked into the condo, we quickly realized it had not been cleaned at all. We called and they sent the cleaning company over that morning. It really could use a deep cleaning

Home away from Home

This is a beautiful property and you won’t find better views anywhere. The amenities are great and include pools, billiards, basketball, pickleball and more. It really is a great place to stay. One issue we saw was that both sliding doors to the patio need attention as they are very hard to open. The sliding screen door on the master bedroom was broken and we had to work on it a bit to get it to stay in place. The carpets were in need of a good cleaning. There amenities have seen better days and need some attention but that may be outside of the renters control. Over all. It is a great place that we return to every year.

A Great Place in St. George

Condo was as advertised. Overall it was clean, but could have used a bit more attention to surfaces which were pretty dusty. Also, I called the maintenance line and property manager to request an iron that wouldn’t leave marks on clothes and the replacement of inoperable light bulbs in the master bath. The calls were not returned, nor did anyone address my request. This didn’t affect my overall satisfaction, but makes me question your commitment to customer satisfaction. We enjoyed our stay!

Not what I was expecting

Overall it was a place to lay our head. When arriving things looked fairly picked up and cleaned, but the carpets were dirty and stained, the bedding in the queen size room had no mattress protection and the sheet was not a fitted sheet. The bunk bed room had no air conditioning and the fan the provided was broke. Thankfully they had another fan in a closet . The bathroom door in the bunk room was not well fitted and literally had to pull hard to even shut the door or move it for that matter . I would just feel if your having so many families rent it out you can at least have the cleanliness and the overall care of the mattresses and carpets especially cared for . Dont feel I’ll be staying there again.

Nice, but had some issues

The pictures and summary online are little different than the real property. The main issue we had was one sliding door not locking at all so the first 2 nights we had to prop the sliding door close. They came and fixed the door only after I had got upset with them. Then the coffee maker wouldn't work so I texted them about it and had no answer at all. There was also no propane in the tank for the outdoor grill. When we first walked in on day 1, the whole place had a funky smell. After walking around a bit, we found it was the garbage disposal. It smelled like something had died in there, so we got a cleaner and cleaned it out and it was better. Other than that the home has been remodeled and it is nice, but it still needs some work like the sliding door, which was a nightmare to try to open and close. Not to mention a fire hazard!!!! The pools were ok too. Like I said it was nice but some issues.

Nice suburban condo

Nice condo in quiet suburb. Plenty of space for two families with young kids, which we used as home base to get to the southern Utah national parks. The have a very big pool area which was great.
