Our ground floor condo is gorgeous with comfortable furnishings and a very open floor plan throughout. This is in building 7. The unobstructed views from the patio are incredible as well! Enjoy looking over the red rock valley as you relax on the patio. I offer a 10% discount of stays 7 nights or more. 2 pools straight out across lawn and 2 hot tubs with Green Valley amenities at entrance of Las Palmas. This includes 3 more outdoor pools plus indoor pool and another hot tub. In addition Basketball court. Pickle Ball courts for up to 10 people free.
This condo is at Las Palmas Resort and has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. All bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with clean linens, soaps, and paper products. Master Suite has a comfortable King size bed and a day bed that sleeps two, private entry to deck, TV/DVD, and ample storage space for your personal belongings. The second bedroom has a King size bed and walk in closet. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, and large closet. There is also a couch bed in the large family room which can sleep two. Barbeque incuded and seating while enjoying incredible views never seen before. Large grass area out back for games.
An open kitchen fully equipped to do any cooking. There is patio dining furniture on the deck if you enjoy outdoor dining.
The spacious great room with comfortable furniture is a great relaxing atmosphere for the whole party. It includes a large flat screen TV with DVD/VCR, large sectional sofa, and a cozy gas fireplace.
There will be a key provided for access to the swimming pools and hot tubs within a short walking distance from the unit. Free cable TV and secured wireless internet is included for our guests. you will enjoy an easy 20 step walk from parking to front door. you may easily contact me for questions. Keys for pools will be located in condo. Also EV charging stations.

Very comfortable and family friendly. The only problem was the door in one of the bedrooms is apparently connected to the next unit. Every time the door opened and closed in the adjoining unit it would rattle the bedroom door. Also the guests in that unit were up until 2:30 AM and very noisy.

The place was clean and simple. Nothing fancy or extravagant but perfect spot for a small family with little kiddos. I didn't have to worry about them breaking everything. Perfect family place to relax!

Property was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Lots of room to sit around and visit and play games. View was beautiful, pools were fun, easy to clean up when time to leave. Wonderful Las Palmas Condo

The property was easy to find with no issues getting access to after a long drive. The condo was very comfortable for our family with plenty of sleeping, sitting, parking, and eating spaces. Beautiful view out the back door of the valley. Even though it was 106 outside, the condo was a perfect temperature. We always love the access to multiple pools and entertainment the club house provides. Simple check-out instructions. Kitchen was stocked with all the plates, dishes, and cooking supplies we needed. Think the only thing missing was a cheese grater, but we came up with some fun alternatives. Thanks for the wonderful memories.

We loved this condo! The views on the back patio were beautiful. The condo was spacious and clean. We loved the huge couch! The kitchen and dining room were great. Our only complaint was not with the condo itself, but the lack of pool chairs at the pool. Make sure to bring your own chairs!

This property boasts the best views of the Santa Clara valley. It was beautiful at all times of day! I loved the large beds in each of the 3 bedrooms. I would update the couch and carpet as they felt quite old. The place was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed.

Football Tournament in Mesquite

Beautiful home! My boys age 12 and 8 really enjoyed all the activities at the facility. We had everything we needed for our stay and it was nice and quiet in the evening.
