Paradise at The Lofts is a new property that is close to hiking and biking trails out your back door, with year round access to two hot tubs, a pool with waterslide and water dome, and play area right out the back door.

Paradise At The Lofts is close to down town St. George, 40 minutes away from Zion National Park, and a short drive to Snow Canyon and Tuacahn. Inside and outside there is space for everyone to relax and enjoy.

On the main level guests enter a beautiful open area where they can enjoy the huge sectional sofa and 2 club chairs with plenty of seating for everyone, dining space at the bar for 4, and a separate dining space with seating for up to 10. The main level also boasts a ½ bath, a master bedroom with bath and outdoor patio area complete with bbq grill and outside dining for 8. Upstairs you will find a washer and dryer, a bunk room with 2 full over full bunk beds and sleeper sofa, a second master bedroom with en suite, and an additional guest room and a full bath. Each upstairs room has access to their balconies. The bunk room opens to an outdoor living space with seating. The upstairs area gives kids or adults a separate space to spread out.

The home is 2 levels, with the entrance on the bottom level. 2000 square feet. Built in 2019.

Unit comes with smart TV’s in every room, and WiFi internet access.
