Welcome to our wonderful condo. It has a history of 5 star reviews over the past years with the previous great owners. It is our intent to keep it that way! If you have seen this property or stayed here before you will recognize the pricing and policies are the much the same as they have been. We offer one night stays, but as you book you will notice nice discounts for longer stays such as a week or a month. Discounts are 20% ($96/night) for 7 nights or more and 35% ($78/night) for 28 nights or more. Please inquire about longer term discounts if you are considering staying more than a month.

This condo has been completely renovated with high end finishes, fixtures, and furnishings. We have tried to anticipate your every need, and we hope we have succeeded!

Everyone will appreciate the six foot soaking bath tub, shower with dual shower heads, and unlimited hot water from the tankless water heater. There are also two pools, both with hot tubs, at Sports Village, including a nice lap pool exclusively for adults.

This condo sleeps four comfortably. There is a queen bed in the semi-private bedroom and a queen bed in the fold-out sofa in the living room. Both have high end, super-comfortable, memory-foam mattresses.

In case you need to work during your visit, there is a built-in desk area in the bedroom with power for your laptop, and of course we provide great Wi-Fi for our guests.

The 65-inch, wall mounted, smart TV can be seen from the living, cooking, and sleeping areas in the condo. Hulu live as well as many other digital streaming services are provided.

There is a combo washer/dryer and the kitchen has all new appliances including a toaster, a blender, and a crock pot. In addition to a drip coffee maker, we have a Keurig stocked with stocked with the basics for your convenience! The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, glassware, silverware, and utensils. We provide everything you need such as paper towels, bath tissue, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, and garbage bags.

The patio provides a relaxing retreat with a dining table, four chairs, and a settee. Recent policy changes in the condo complex now prohibit grills on the deck, but there are grills at the pool area if you're absolutely set on grilling. There is one covered parking space for this unit, and there is also plenty of open parking available close to the building.

We have decorated the condo in a sports theme, and we hope you will enjoy the athlete-inspired art throughout the condo.

This condo, and Sports Village itself, is extremely family friendly with lots of amenities and activities. Our building, Building F, has recently had a complete exterior renovation including paint, trim, and landscaping. Bring the kids – there is plenty for them to do. The clubhouse has a nice exercise room where you can work out and a game room with table tennis, billiards, mini-golf etc. The condo itself is stocked with board games, cards, and puzzles.

Because we know pets are family too, we are pet friendly, and we do not charge an additional fee for furry family members.

There is so much to do in St. George that you will want to stay! We offer nice discounts for weekly (7 nights) and monthly rentals. In addition to everything St. George has to offer you may choose to stay a while and enjoy this as a great home base while you explore the National Parks!
- Zion National Park: 45 miles, about an hour drive.
- Bryce Canyon National Park: 145 miles, a little over 2 hour drive.
- Cedar Breaks and Brian Head (ski resort): 80 miles, about 90 minute drive.
- Grand Canyon: 150 miles, about a 3 hour drive.
