I accidentally lost my wallet, which had a significant amount of money inside, and Jessica found it and made sure it was returned directly to me with absolutely nothing touched or missing. « Une nuitée passée dans cet hôtel situé au nord d'Austin, bien agréable: accueil sympathique, literie de qualité et ensemble assez propre. Rien à redire si ce n'est que quelques éléments portent le poids des années, mais dans l'ensemble c'est très bien et nous recommandons. »

« The rooms were not clean. There was cockroaches. There was food in the microwave. The bed instantly gave me a rash. It was really horrible. I asked Expedia for a reimbursement. Hopefully they give it all to me because we stayed literally three minutes and to stay boyfriend and I had to leave horrible. »

« The cleaning was not well, there was garbage from previous occupants under the bed, the sofa bed was dirty with used bedding from last occupants and smelled like pee. The bathroom smelled like Moho and just not a good experience overall with the cleaning. The team was friendly and helpful and breakfast was good. »

« Le cadre est génial, au calme, ce qui n'est pas négligeable à Austin. Tout était très bien : propreté, service, accessoires (on a beaucoup apprécié la cafetière Nespresso avec du café classique et du décaféiné!). Juste deux aspects négatif : l'eau chaude met un temps fou pour arriver (gaspillage d'eau) et la climatisation un peu bruyante. »
