Pool heating is FREE and maintained at 85–86°F.

The heat pump operates most efficiently above 60°F, and automatically shuts off below 55°F to protect the system.

Pool temperatures vary with weather, humidity, and nighttime conditions.

We do not offer refunds for temperature changes, as they are weather-dependent.

Please consider this when booking November–February.



🚙 While golf carts are not provided at the property, many guests choose to rent one during their stay. We work closely with several trusted local golf cart rental companies and are happy to point you in the right direction—just ask!

The beautiful and highly sought after Vilano Beach area is pristine landscape. Our particular location is a short walk to the most popular restaurant in St Augustine, Cap's on the Water. In addition, the exclusive beach is a short 5 minute walk.



Getting Around:

Ubers and Lyfts are plentiful and available, but downtown St Augustine is also only a 7 minute drive.



Interaction with Guests:

We will do our best to offer any help you need, but we offer a self check-in that is 100% fully automated should that be what you prefer.
