On a sleepy little dead end street, leading to white sand beaches covered in high dunes and Sand Daisies, you will find Sol Mate, a beautiful home with every luxury you can imagine. This large home, with elevator, sleeps 16 people comfortably with so many rooms and spaces to call your own. The addition of a heated pool with sun shelf, a large hot tub, wood burning fire pit and all new loungers surrounding this oasis, makes this a fabulous place to relax and enjoy the day. A pergola covers a portion of the decking with accent lighting giving great ambiance in the evening while enjoying the fire pit and light ocean breezes. The entire back of the home is fenced with a high privacy fence keeping your area quiet and serene.

Inside, you will enjoy all the niches made especially for those who want to stay close yet have some space for themselves. The bedrooms are spacious with all new comfortable mattresses and remotes that raise the head of the bed so that whether sitting up to read or sinking into the pillows, you are in the most comfortable position for a deep and restful slumber. All bedrooms have closets and dressers so there is plenty of room to unpack and move in!

On the 3rd floor you will find the master bedroom. All new furnishings make this a most beautiful and comfortable space. A large, gracious bath adjoins with claw foot tub and huge shower. Double sinks and a nice expanse of counter space gives you plenty of room to spread out. The addition of dispensers containing premium shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are wonderful and placed in every shower in the home. By the bathroom sinks you will find another dispenser containing hand soap and body lotion. We hope to pamper you while on vacation so we have looked to make that happen! Your master bedroom has a large 75` smart TV that is set up for streaming with your personal codes.

You will also find a very large 75`smart TV in 3rd floor living room, a 65` smart TV in the 2nd floor living and in the downstairs room leading to the pool area another 60` smart TV which is set up with a game box.
The 2nd floor also is set with king beds and one room with a set of bunk beds and two full bathrooms to accommodate the 4 bedrooms and 2nd living area in the home.

If you have a chef in the family, they will love the enormous kitchen stocked with every appliance and gadget you can imagine. An abundance of new plate wear and flat wear and glasses, stemless wine glasses, coffee cups, juice glasses and more including children`s dining options as well can be found neatly displayed on shelving in the dining room along with serving platters and bowls of every size.

There are herbs and spices and oils and more. and all the cabinets and drawers are labeled to assist in the ease of you finding everything you need in this massive space! The windows in the kitchen give views of the ocean to enjoy while you wash the dishes and let in beautiful natural light.

The kitchen is part of a large great room with living and dining room attached. The front of the home faces south and there is beautiful natural light streaming in all day as the floor to almost ceiling sliders offer plenty of glass for the sun to shine in. For those moments when you want to watch TV or catch a quick nap on the couch, custom curtains in each room close off to dim the room for whichever occasion.

The 2nd and third floors have balconies off the front of the home that each run the length of the house. Nice broad balconies available to the living areas, guest bedroom and master bedroom as well, all host these sliding doors for their own personal doorway to the outside. On the deck you will find rockers and Adirondack chairs and plenty of space to breathe in the salty air and feel the sea breezes brush your cheeks.

The ultimate frosting on this cake is the roof top deck offering the absolute best rooftop views on the beach! While there is an elevator to take you to floors 1-3, the rooftop deck is found just off the living room by a door leading to an outdoor staircase on the side of the home which takes you up to the rooftop.

A flat roof, just redone 12/2022, covers the entire top of the home. Beautiful top grade composite trex that stays cool on the hottest of days covers the entire space. On the rooftop there is a picnic table, many loungers and chairs, a built in bar with stools and a mini fridge and sink with running water. There is rope lighting around the exterior of the deck and more space than you can imagine. The views are the most amazing and more than you can dream of. Whether you are gazing at a full moon, watching the space shuttle blast off, enjoying fireworks on the beach on the 4th of July or New Years Eve, you can relax and feel safe and at ease on top of the world here on the Sol Mate rooftop.

The very best thing about the roof top is the ability to watch the amazing sunrises that will knock your socks off in the morning. Be sure not to miss this as it is the best way to start your day. Whether you begin with yoga, coffee, smoothie, bloody Mary or Mimosa, do it up on the rooftop at daybreak. The colors melting throughout the sky are phenomenal and different to see every day. Brilliant shades of pinks and oranges, yellows and reds, light up the sky and mirror onto the sea below. Mother Nature gets a standing ovation daily from those lucky enough to see the performance from here.

Sol Mate is in the center of the City of St Augustine Beach and yet almost at the end of a no thru road, ending at the Atlantic Ocean. You enjoy both convenience, and peace and quiet. The town surrounding Sol Mate offers everything from Surfing to Paddle boarding, Yoga and electric bikes. Mouth watering restaurants surround you and specialty coffees and ice creams are all available within steps of the home. Two major grocery stores are just a 2 minute drive as are hair and nail salons and so much more. The beaches are amongst all residential properties and many days you will catch your breath to find that as you come over the little pathway to the ocean, that you have the beach all to yourself. You can walk for miles in either direction sometimes spotting whales out at sea during certain times of the year! Guests are welcome to park in the west side garage and driveway that will accommodate at least 4-6 vehicles, but please be aware that on-street parking is not permitted. There are several public parking lots within a few blocks of the home for extra vehicles.

This is a nonsmoking property. This includes the upper deck and poolside, as well as any space on the property

You musts be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.

Up to two dogs are welcome for a non-refundable fee of $250 for one and $350 for two dogs per reservation. A fine of $500 will be charged if dogs are not disclosed prior to check-in.

Small events are allowed if given prior permission. An event fee applies to gatherings of more than 20 people.

Please note that the elevator does not service the rooftop deck. Guests must climb stairs.
You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.
