Fanta Sea is located on Anastasia Island, just 10 minutes south of downtown Saint Augustine. Situated in a tranquil area, this beautiful pool home spans three levels and features three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. It offers one king, queen, two twins, and a sleeper sofa bed. The bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower and a tub-shower combo. Each bedroom has a TV for entertainment. The property includes a full kitchen, a large dining area, and an optional elevator. The spacious backyard is fully fenced.

This quiet neighborhood is on a dead-end street, attracting both vacationers and year-round residents. The beach is two minutes away, accessible via a new wooden walkway. The walkway provides stunning views of the dunes, beach, and ocean and opportunities to see local wildlife.

Please note the following essential details:

- The minimum age for renting this property is 25 years old.

- This property allows pets, with a fee for a maximum of two small dogs. (Cats are not permitted. If you have medium or large dogs, please message me before booking with the breeds and weights of each dog to discuss potential exceptions.)

The pool may be heated for an additional $200 for up to seven days to a maximum of 84 degrees. This option must be added to your reservation 48 hours before arrival. Please note that we do not offer pool heating as an option from Memorial Day through the end of September.

- After successfully booking the property, you will receive a payment request through Airbnb for the pool heater and/or pet fee, if these fees were not added during the booking process.

- The elevator is optional for this property at an additional charge of $300 per stay. If you choose to use the elevator, a payment request will be sent to you after you have completed the booking process.
