HIGH TIDE - 2 Beds / 1.5 Baths - Pet Friendly

High Tide beacons people who love the beach. It is the upstairs unit of a duplex. You can enjoy the breeze on your exclusive ocean view decks of High Tide with sunrise or sunset skies while you sip a beverage and contemplate the good life.

Pets are always welcome at the beach home of animal rescue and pet lovers Rich and Lynda Weaver. Rich is retired from the military and after 28 years and 17 moves they are enjoying Florida life. They and their two cats, Max and Magirk, live in St Augustine.

The duplex beach house is in the very heart of St Augustine Beach, on the beach side of the highway A1A, literally steps to the water. They want their beach house to be your beach house and St Augustine Beach to be your beach. Everything you need to be at home away from home has been considered. A kitchen you can cook in if you want to, luxury linens, beach gear including towels, chairs, umbrella’s and a beach cart, a grill, large screen smart tv, wifi of course, DVD player, hot/cold outdoor shower with foot rinse, good parking and that all important short walk to the sand of St Augustine Beach.
You can easily walk to restaurants, groceries are nearby as well as all the entertainment opportunities that have made St Augustine a famous tourist destination. The pier, with its Wednesday market, is 2 blocks. High Tide can be reserved with Low Tide making a vacation destination for 10.

This is our favorite place to stay. The location is wonderful, the deck isa joy, the kitchen is well equipped, the furniture is comfortable, the shower is fabulous. Morgan, the property manager is a pleasure to work with, always helpful and immediately responsive to any requests or problems. Since our last stay an enormous house went up next door which partially obstructs the view of the ocean, but it can still be seen from the main part of the deck, and it can always be heard:)

Morgan met us on arrival. He helped us unload, showed us where everything was. Told us where Publix was close by.Morgan gets full marks.We found High Tide to be comfortable and had almost everything needed. A kettle was not found, so had to boil water in a saucepan. Not too much of a problem. Similarly, not too much of a problem, the DVD didn’t work. Advised Morgan on checkout. He apologized and said he’d take care of them.As far as location goes, it’s very close to the beach, but unfortunately so are a lot of other properties. I can see during the high season time it would be a very busy, and possibly very noisy neighborhood.

Perfect beach house

This place exceeded our expectations. Everything about it is perfect. To your left you’re a minute walk to the beach, to your right you’re a minute walk to restaurants . The beach is absolutely beautiful , the people are so friendly, and the house itself is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Full kitchen with every appliance you can think of including an air fryer . I brought my two dogs with me and they had a water and food bowl out ready for them. The outside patio/balcony has a gate which is perfect so the dogs can’t get out. The owners are soSweet and friendly we absolutely loved them . The unit included beach chairs , umbrellas and beach towels . Definitely worth every penny and we can’t wait to go back !

Amazing stay

This was a quick and amazing Spring Break staycation! I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay at High Tide! Morgan greeted us when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. His communication prior to our arrival and during our stay was super fast and helpful. This house was SPOTLESS and this is coming from a VERY clean family. It was equipped with everything we needed. There were a number of torch lighters which we used for birthday candles. There is a large dispenser on the wall of the shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were hair dryers. There was a huge bookcase with some great books and a note that said if you happen to not finish a book during your stay, feel free to bring it home. Unfortunately, our stay was so short, we didn't get to read any of the great books they had. Another thing I found super helpful was, there were quite a few charging stations in the house. There are some great restaurants close enough to walk to. We REALLY enjoyed island donuts right next door. We bought donuts one morning and were eating them until the following morning, they stayed very fresh. We had dinner at Salt Life and Sunset Grille and had breakfast at the Beachside diner. The food was delicious from all places and all were within walking distance. The house provided beach towels, beach buggy and chairs, it was great we didn't have to bring those from home and saved the space in our Jeep. We hope to return here very very soon!! Thank you!!

Comfortable and in a great location

High Tide is a lovely, comfortable place, very close to the beach and restaurants, and in easy driving distance to St. Augustine, the Anastasia Island Public Library, and many, many wonderful parks. The property manager, Morgan, is extremely good at his job - friendly and helpful, and he responds quickly to any problems or concerns.

Simply Wonderful

Everything about High Tides is first rate - the property itself, how it is stocked, location, owners and the property manager Morgan. This was our fifth or sixth stay and we have never had a single thing go wrong. This place is what a beach house should be!

Morgan is kind, responsive, and helpful from the booking process through check in and check out. The properties are clean and well stocked. The units are beautifully decorated. From Fort Myers to Saint Augustine

Great place! Very roomy for the three of us. Very walkable to restaurants and two houses from beautiful beach. Very well stocked with everything you'd need for your vacation. Washer and dryer was great to have since it meant less clothes to pack! Wonderful outdoor sitting too for morning coffee and evening cocktails! Our first experience with Vrbo and this was a great experience for us.
