Please be advised: this home has a noticeable smoke smell from neighboring unit owners who smoke. If this is something you do not think you will be alright with, please consider booking any of our other homes.

THE SKINNY: This cozy & comfortable condo is the perfect place for a couple or family to settle in and enjoy everything St. Augustine has to offer. You can quickly walk or drive to all of the hot spots of our city! For Nights of Lights, you can't beat the quick walk and views of downtown as you walk over the Lion's Bridge! The kitchen has all of the essentials and the home is equipped with your functional needs such as a pack & play, iron & ironing board. Back patio looks out over the condo's backyard and A1A Blvd. Enjoy your morning coffee while sitting on the front of back patio balconies. Linens and towels are included. The beds are ultra-comfy. Take in the beautiful Sun and Dune mural we installed in the living room!

BATHROOM: En suite to the bedroom with a shower/tub combo.
PARKING: This condo has one free assigned spot. There is also free on street parking.
THE PROXIMITY: Just a 2 minute ride to the St. Augustine Amp (Ampitheatre) where you can see shows from many major bands and artists like John Legend, Iration, Young The Giant, etc and enjoy our Local Farmer's Market every Saturday morning! Just as close by is Anastasia State Park and Lighthouse Park! The Conch House is walkable within the neighborhood, famous for seafood and Reggae Sundays! The St. Augustine beach pier parking lot is only 5 minutes away. You can bike to any of these locations utilizing the available bike rentals companies in the area as well!
Walk to all of our favorite local spots: Black Fly Restaurant, The World Famous Conch House Restaurant, Osprey Tacos, Mojo's Tacos, Gas Restaurant, Llama Restaurant, Whetstone Chocolates, Yoga Studios, Mellow Mushroom, and MUCH more!
SPECIAL NOTE: The neighboring residents are active smokers. A smoke smell can often be present. Please be aware of this prior to booking.
HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST. AUGUSTINE: Just a few minute walk north is historic downtown St. Augustine! Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, the architecture, the food and craft cocktails and all that our pleasant waterfront town has to offer. BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. This home is situated a few minutes to St. Augustine Beach where you can park your car at any of the beach parking lots and walk on. You can also drive to one of the public beach accesses in Crescent or St. Augustine Beach to drive on.
TURN IT UP: Want to live on the edge? There are a couple of rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it! Deep sea fishing charters and boat rentals are also available in multiple places throughout town. Delivery bike rentals available via a local company. Contact me for recommendations.
LAUNDRY SERVICE: We have shared coin laundry machines in a common area laundry room in the adjacent building for your use.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $49. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.

PARKING: Parking is assigned. Please follow parking instruction in the check in instructions.
LAUNDRY: There is a shared laundry space available in the building. There is a cost of $1.75 per load to utilize the units.
PETS: Dog friendly ONLY other pets will not be considered due to allergies. 1 small dog max, *WITH FEE*
If you are bringing a dog, please reach out to us directly about our policy and fees!
**Many booking channels do not automatically include pet fees (due to an integration gap with our software we have to add pet fees to your confirmed reservation manually). Please reach out if you plan to bring your dog!**
BEACH GEAR: We only supply beach towels. Beach items do tend to accumulate from prior guests. We don’t inventory or replace beach gear items. If you want to leave anything behind for future guests, please feel free :)
WEEKLY SERVICES: There are various service providers that visit and maintain the exterior of the property on a weekly basis and the days they visit vary from week to week. These services include lawn care, exterior pest control and where applicable, pool cleaners. Some properties may have other service providers. If you see them outside, they are just on site to do their job.
The Neighborhood:
The Davis Shores neighborhood is a residential one, but surrounded by lots of amazing local mom and pop stores and restaurants! The proximity to downtown and the views as you walk over the bridge are unbeatable!
Getting Around:
While walking distance to the Historic Downtown area, we recommend renting a car for your stay. If you prefer to travel by bicycle or would just like to rent them for fun, check out Drifters for drop off/pick up bike rentals.

-Pets must be fully housebroken, freshly bathed prior to arrival and treated with flea and tick meds within 30 days of check in.

NOISE LEVELS: There are residents all around on all sides as this is a residential neighborhood. Please respect their right to quiet enjoyment by keeping noise levels down and observing quiet time per St. Johns County ordinance from the hours of 10pm until 8am.
LOST AND FOUND ITEMS: Lost & found items are only held for 14 days. We charge a $50 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance. For heavier items, we ask that you pre-pay the $50 and we will acquire any additional shipping cost and bill this to you accordingly + 25% service fee.

Your search is over.
If you are looking for a home away from home, you have found it. My partner and I loved staying here. It was a short 20 min walk to downtown Saint Augustine. There were many yummy restaurants near by. The home is cozy and perfect for relaxing. I will definitely book here again in the future.
