Dune Heights is the perfect place to spend your vacation with family or friends. This will be the one you want to select for your family vacation for years to come. This ocean front home offers just about everything you may require.

Our four bedroom home comfortably sleeps ten guests and is the perfect escape for large families. Give your family the dream vacation everyone deserves. Our ocean front home gives you the most space and the highest level of comfort.



This home is beautifully furnished and you feel at home as soon as you enter. The living room has two leather couches and chair so there is plenty of room for the whole family. It is nicely decorated with a 46” flat screen TV and WIFI throughout the house. Next you can exit through the sliding glass doors to the ocean front deck with plenty of seating for the family.

The gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean and the beach are all yours to enjoy while you’re on your family vacation.



The balcony is one of the most peaceful places so bring your laptop or I-Pad outside, or immerse yourself in a book and enjoy the ocean breeze.

Our kitchen is fully stocked so all you need to do is bring the groceries. Although the supermarkets are close (and the weekly farmer’s market is excellent), you’ll only have to shop if you feel like it. The new refrigerator/freezer should easily hold a family's week of groceries. Our home also features a full size 'super capacity' washer and dryer in a separate laundry room.

The in-suite dining area can be for a casual meal or playing a good board game, the choice is yours. The table seats four.



The master suite offers a king-sized bed and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, full size sleeper sofa, and flat screen TV. The fourth bedroom contains two twin beds.



Great landscaping is not only beautiful but is home to lots of local wildlife. Children, and ready photographers will love spotting the wildlife, dolphins, coastal birds and so much more.

Nice and roomy with great views of ocean and night sky

Very clean and great layout for large group. Great location for convenience to food and town. Beach area was clean and not crowded. Getting to the beach was a bit difficult at times because the path goes through the sand dune and the walls are collapsing. I had to walk sideways to get through although pull cart was able to get through. Other than that it was perfect!

Neat property in a great location. Offered everything you need for great stay at the beach. Loved the walkway to the beach. Nice gentle approach rather than a steep staircase drop to the beach, which is more common.

Great house!

Very functional home, basic but everything you need at the beach. Only complaint was the master bed was full of sand the first time we turned the blankets down. But we just changed the sheets provided in the closet and all was fine.

Air conditioning upstairs would not keep up during the day never got below 78 until about 11:00 at night upstairs door knob going to balcony would not work I was glad they removed carpet from upstairs also a lot of screws sticking up on boardwalk to beach and trees and bushes need to be trimmed away from board walk

Simply Beautiful!!

This house has a lovely view of the ocean in most windows. Also a very roomy house. The couches could use an update, but overall very practical. We stayed here for our family Thanksgiving trip and I must say I really enjoyed the kitchen. Everything I needed that I forgot to bring, the house provided. The beds were very comfy I might add and the kids had tons of fun. The walkway to the beach is also convenient and we could see the kids on the beach from the deck. Thank you so much for this experience and we plan on making this our tradition every Thanksgiving.

Be aware!!

This property is in an amazing location and has views for days but the actual property is terrible!! Upon arriving we had to re-wash all of the bedding because there was pet hair and stains on almost all of it and there was food under the couch. After speaking to the management company we were informed that they could send the cleaners back out (and we could move the belongings of our entire group so they could clean) but no refunds or compensation would be given. Not only was cleanliness an issue but there are missing outlet covers on many outlets and extensive water damage. The pictures of this property are deceiving and the management company is less than accommodating. We were highly disappointed!!

Poorly cleaned & maintained

The excellent location, view, and awesome beach access were spoiled due to the poorly maintained and poorly cleaned property. The home had water intrusion after a rain storm, there is safety issues (no/broken electrical covers, no handrail in stairs, no smoke detectors seen), home has not been properly cleaned (like a toddler ran their snorty fingers over the windows)- I spent the first night staying up late killing cockroaches, there were no trash bags in the home, under the sink in the kitchen was rotted, the downstairs wall next to sink is moldy, the wall & sink cabinet have had many instances of water intrusion. Unexpected visit by someone coming to inspect the fire extinguishers (but they didn't know how many or where they were at). On the positive side they had someone available very quickly come to check on the water intrusion but they couldn't fix it-don't stay if heavy rains are expected. You are required to do laundry with the provided detergent but there was none and the box of dryer sheets was just an empty box. You spend this much money to have a relaxing vacation only to end being interrupted by leaks, roaches, filth and unannounced visitors. I could go on but I won't. Without a doubt; the location, beach access and view are absolutely amazing but not worth it.

Perfect house for large famillies

This house has huge bedrooms and bathrooms. Pictures make them look small. The living room is nice and large for bigger families. Very close to the beach. You can also drive on the beach and park in front of the house which is nice if you have kids so you don't have to carry all their toys. We saw dolphins from our deck everyday. The kitchen and bath rooms come fully stocked with everything you need besides personal items. Very close to restaurants and gas stations. Plenty of parking for cars. Large garage with beach chairs and toys already there.

million dollar views...excellent beachfront. Close to stores and restaurants. Comfortable. Grandparents and small children struggled with all the steps/stairs and steep driveway.

Nice family vacation spot

The house was magnificent. The view from the back windows overlooking ocean was magnificent. House was nicely decorated and equipped. We had plenty of room for 10. Most of the house had been updated. Would recommend the kitchen and upstairs bathroom to be updated.. I would also suggest wall and door for privacy for the area with twin beds downstairs.
