PLEASE BE ADVISED THE COLONY REEF CLUB PROPERTY WILL BE UNDER CONSTRUCTION FROM OCT 2025 – MAY 2026. BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE MESSAGE OR CALL THE OFFICE FOR MORE DETAILS. ALL AMENITIES WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE RACQUETBALL COURT WILL BE OPEN DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT.

Enjoy a stunning view of the beach from this second floor condo. A private balcony with a direct view of the pool makes this an ideal condo for families. The spacious living room with new furniture has plenty seating for everyone to gather around the Smart TV. The newly renovated kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops and is fully equipped for a stay of any length with a washer and dryer and a drip coffee pot. There is a king size bed in the primary bedroom and a private ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. In the second bedroom there is another king size bed and two bunk beds in the third bedroom, or the “Crow’s Nest.” For safety reasons, we ask that no one over 100 lbs go on the top bunk beds.

All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center.

The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.

Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

Positives: The apartment/condo itself was very comfortable. My daughter enjoyed the bunk bed room. Butler beach area is really nice. Close to downtown and beach seafood restaurants were great. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The indoor pool was heated and great on the rainy days. Kids had lots of things to do. Negatives: The complex itself is undergoing renovations and there was a LOT of jackhammering in the early morning hours and well into the day. We didn't mind the day noise because we were always out and about. But it bothered us to have the noise start at 8am when we were trying to sleep in. Lots of dust in the complex hallways. Otherwise not a big deal. Kitchen equipped with standard equipment. You have to definitely make a trip to the grocery store and purchase toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags etc, soaps, detergents. They really don't supply but maybe 1 roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. The apartment itself was clean; however, we did not use the master jacuzzi because the jets did not look like they were cleaned for some time. Overall it was a really nice time.

Everything was great. Grandchildren had a great time with Beach & swimming pool. The Condo was clean, comfortable, great location. Area was good with Restaurants, shopping etc. Will have it in our sights for future family outings. Thankyou

Comfortable and Relaxing

Our stay at Colony Reef was overall very pleasant. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The pool was most enjoyable. The condo was comfortable, nicely furnished, and had very comfortable beds. The patio furniture needs some cleaning which is obvious in the pictures but after a wipe down and throwing some beach towels over them, it was a very comfortable place to enjoy the scenery. There was a soft spot in the hallway floor underneath the fairly new vinyl flooring where there is obvious water damage from a leak, and the owner is aware of it and is going to repair when they return. The ice maker was turned off and when we turned it on then water leaked out into the fridge so we turned it off and bought a bag of ice (might be the reason for the water damaged floor). The fragrant smell from the cleaners was overwhelming. Upon inspection of the AC filter where I was looking to see if they had placed some sort of fragrance sheet I noticed that the filter was covered in 1/2 thick of dust and lint and had obviously not been changed in a very, very long time, but the office was extremely responsive and sent maintenance out right away to take care of it. We had to open all the doors and windows for a brief time to eliminate the overwhelming air freshener smell. We had a little trouble with the key sticking in the door and they greased the lock and took care of that too. Aside from the floor, the sticky lock, and the extremely dirty AC filter, everything else was very nice. We would definitely stay here again if we were coming to the St. Augustine area.

Beautiful beach condo/would rent again

Pros: ocean and pool view, large covered porch, large living area, updated, large pool area, and easy check in. Everything was very clean except for the floors (see below) Cons: the bunk beds worked for us, but not a ton of space for teens, condo sleeps 8, but only had 6 bath towels, and the floor was filthy. Like our feet would get dirty after we showered, filthy. I don’t think it’s been mopped in months. We would rent again, but request a clean floor.

Nice location and great beach!

Very nice property and the accommodations were comfortable. Only thing I did not realize before booking is kids 12 and under were not allowed (even with adult supervision) in the hot tub and punishable with a hefty fine. For a December trip this was extremely inconvenient and was not listed in the VRBO listing at all. The unfortunate thing is I emailed the property manager before booking and asked if the pool was heated as it was important to my kids (outdoor pool is not / indoor pool is heated). The response mentions a hot tub but did not inform us of the rule. Clarifying that on the listing could help families with kids make an educated decision about using the property.

Great Long Weekend

Condo was excellent with the exception of the dining table (shakes). I would suggest bring extra bath towels since only one set provided for guests. View was great and large pool. Would rent this condo again.
