Smart frontage and free parking in a quiet residentially focussed part of the town but just minutes walk from the high street and St Anne’s Pier. 'This is a wonderful place to stay. It has a car park at the rear and 3 parking spots at the front. It is very secure with a personal PIN provided before book in for the doors. Very clean and smart. Big comfy bed in room 6 anyway. Nice little kitchenette. Fridge, kettle, coffee machine. Lovely shower. If I had to pick fault it would be the awful washing up liquid. 'Whilst the hotel does not offer a lot of rooms, this is how Linda and Tony, the lovely owners, can offer a personal treatment, attention and chats - all of which were very good. All my requests or problems were addressed as soon as possible and for the best.
Breakfasts were amazingly tasty and rich.
Additionally, in my room there were a small refrigerator and a kettle, with tea, coffee, hot chocolate powder, sugar and milk.

'What can I say,. The hosts were absolutely amazing from check in to check out. They couldn't do enough for you. The hotel itself is undergoing some major refurbishment which did not impact our stay in disturbance. The only impact was no bar was available but they had a solution (you can use the bar in the next door property) the rooms were clean, habitable and comfortable. 'Had a great stay yesterday, the sun was shining live entertainment on all day and night. Outside bar and dj love music was so good. Will 100% be staying again. Breakfast self service was excellent with plenty of choice and good quality produce. Full breakfast was lovely. Thanks guys.'
