« well located for visiting Rock Fort and Temple, but the rooms are very small. The bathroom is not very nice.You don't have hot water. If you stay more one night, the room is not cleaning every day. Nobody speaks English, is not easy. And no option for the breakfast. »

« No bathroom towel given, cupboard door fell off, altogether the rooms and bed was clean but to costly of what they advertised. I do not recommend this Hotel! »

« Terrible hotel ! Prepaid reservation not recognised on arrival and a rude manager to deal with the situation. Breakfast offering very poor and cold food served. Would not recommend a stay here at all, avoid at all costs. »

« The hotel never honored the reservation saying that they never do business with Expedia despite me showing the confirmation. I ended up paying for the room after making a new reservation at the same hote. Full REFUND MUST be issues »

« Everything is fine except for the parking. The hotel is located in a busy congested area and if you own a big car like Innova etc. parking is a night-mare. They make you park your car outside - in the road. Wish they had a valet service. In fact, i called them and enquired about the parking. They did mention that, yes we can easily park Innova but i had a very very tough time. Will not choose this hotel for my next tiruchy trip mainly due to parking hassles. »

« It says buffet break fast. But no breakfast was provided. Then they brought it from some outside restaurant. They don’t have a restaurant. The rooms are also not great. »

« The room was small, but clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities met. Location was convenient and right in the center of town, with good restaurant nearby, Staff were courteous and helpful. »

« Water in the bathrooms and toilets were not available at all times. Cleanliness was also an issue as all rooms were not properly clean. The ceiling fans were very noisy when on use and was a huge disturbance during the sleep hours »
