With a private solar heated swimming pool, Villa Rosa is located in a Italian holiday village on the edge of the Salento region of Puglia. Villa Rosa has two bedrooms (sleeping 4 - 6), and is located in its own walled, private gardens and surrounded by mature trees. A private garage provides secure parking, Villa Rosa is fully equipped with everything you might need. There is air-conditioning in both bedrooms and in the living area. All utility costs and unlimited wifi are included in the rental price. There are no hidden extras.

The villa has walled, gated gardens at the front of the villa and a sunny patio area with your private, crystal clear, solar heated swimming pool to the rear. With gates both sides of the villa and a child gate available for the patio doors, small children can play safely in the gardens with their access to the pool restricted.

Villa Rosa is a self-catering villa that benefits from having the English owners living close by. Having lived in Puglia for more than fifteen years they are able to help and advise you whenever you need it.
