Negatief: Netheid, personeel en service en voorzieningen
You know when you go into the nursing home and you get hit in the face with that “nursing home smell“. That’s what you get here. My husband and I went for a fun little getaway vacation and stopped at this hotel. Talk about taking the romance right out of it with that smell. The room was stale and everything (walls/furniture) looked like it had been hit a few times with a wheelchair. There was not a warm blanket on the bed, just a sheet. There was a wool blanket in the closet, but it was thrown in there, unfolded, like somebody had used it. The staff handed me a paper at check-in and told me to initial certain parts, one individual part being my nightly rate which was blank. When I said, I was not comfortable signing that because it felt like signing a blank check, he looked at me and just said he doesn’t know and he’s just pretty much reading from a script on what to tell me. So I hand wrote in the price of the room that I was told in the first place, and then signed my initials. Not the best customer service and seemed a little shady.
