'The room was very clean. The chair in our room was comfortable but could use recovering..All of the staff we encountered were very friendly. We had a room that was extremely quiet, did not hear any road noise. We were happy of this, we read other’s reviews and were kind of nervous. It was an all around great 3 night stay!!! We will definitely book again when we go visit our daughter! '

'Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and...

'Staff was friendly, room was clean, breakfast was good. Location is ok if you have a car. It is NOT a walking neighborhood. Many abandoned buildings. I have been to tons of 7-11 stores in many cities, but this one across the street from the hotel is by far the worst one. There were about 8 chronics hanging out in front of the door and couple by the gas pumps, asking for money and smoking. Too bad.'

'We chose the Blue room, and it was lovely! Very comfortable, and we enjoyed the decoration. I was hesitant to reserve, as it was our first B&B, but I am glad we did! I felt comfortable throughout, enjoyed the feel of being in a home. Breakfast was on time, and was perfect . Coffee was really good. We plan on returning in the future. Plus, it is close to all kinds of great food and colleges, as we were there to watch football.'
