Situated just down the road from the iconic Pikes Point Public Beach area and a short drive to both Arnolds Park Amusement Park and downtown Spirit Lake. The home provides three private bedrooms offering a queen bed in bedroom one, a queen bed in bedroom two with a smart tv. Twin over twin bunk beds in the third bedroom with smart tv and fun arcade game for the kids. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your vacation gatherings and entertaining. The tranquil backyard offers a patio with outdoor seating and charcoal grill. For added convenience the property provides two full bathrooms and a laundry area.



There are parking spaces for up to 3+ vehicles in the driveway and overflow parking in the common areas.



Cancelation Policy – Okoboji Vacation has set this policy with you in mind. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival with a full refund. If you need to cancel between 59 days and 30 days you will receive a 50% refund. Within 30 days of your arrival no refunds are given. Additional terms and conditions may apply if booking through a channel.

Included in your cleaning fee is the above toiletry starter pack, propane replacement, and access to our Host Store; where we offer a range of supplemental services and items including early check-in/late check-out options, hangover kits, or fresh flowers for a romantic getaway. Pack n’ play or toddler cot, package of bottled water, firewood, etc. are available for a small fee on our Host Store (email sent one week before check-in) and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.
