'It was a pleasant, quiet and peaceful experience. The staff were very nice and friendly. Plenty of parking.'

'Very outdated and wore out'

'Although the hotel is older and somewhat outdated, it was clean and well maintained. The staff was exceptional - very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. One thing to keep in mind is that valet parking is only available Friday through Sunday.'

'The property is tired and bed was terribly uncomfortable.Staff was very nice !'

'Very easy access from I-75. Room was pleasant with lots of space. I liked that the bathroom counter was big enough for hers and his toiletries. It was clean. The only thing I saw was some trim needs caulked around the shower. We will stay again. Dog fee is excessive at $50.'

'My husband, my parents, and I stayed here during our visit to the Ark Encounter, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience! The property is beautiful, modern, and tastefully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I was especially impressed with how clean everything was, the comfortable beds, and the friendly, helpful staff. The continental breakfast was exceptional and a wonderful bonus to our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would highly recommend this...

'We really liked the location of this hotel. It was clean, rooms were bigger than expected. The only negative thing was people letting their children run up and down the halls yelling.'

'Pet friendly Clean'

'Very convenient to Ark Encounter. Liked price, breakfast fine, floor could be cleaner, paint chipped off the wall, very nice staff and helpful.'

'Love the nostalgia of the hotel. Great river view. The owner is very nice and helpful.'

'Fun experience for the family'

'Great service, clean hotel, in a nice quiet location.'

'Only set back was that the door lock instructions were not completely accurate. I figured it out and they answered my call quickly to get it correct. Following their written instructions were not correct. “Any button” did not lock the door. Instead I need to press the top middle labeled button. I also need to press the check mark after putting in the code and not just the code.'
