On the first floor, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen complete with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, crockery, and cutlery - perfect for preparing anything from a quick breakfast to a cosy evening meal.



The inviting reception room features a comfortable sofa and a dining area where you can share meals or unwind after a day of exploring.



This floor also includes a shower room and WC, as well as a flexible bedroom that can be arranged as either a super king or two single beds to suit your needs.



Upstairs, the second floor houses two additional bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep for all guests. Fresh bedding and towels are provided, and the apartment also benefits from a modern security system for your comfort and peace of mind.

Downstairs, you'll find Sage restaurant, which is all about fantastic food, warm hospitality, and creating a place people genuinely love to visit. Housed in an historic Georgian Theatre, The Old Theatre Deli is also worth a visit - this is an independent, family run deli and licensed eatery in the heart of Southwell.



Southwell is famed for its stunning Minster, an exquisite example of Norman and Gothic architecture, and the Southwell Workhouse, offering fascinating insights into the town’s heritage. Getting Around:

There is no longer a direct train station in Southwell itself; the old one closed in 1929. The nearest operational station is Rolleston railway station, which is a half-mile walk from the town and is located on the Nottingham to Lincoln line. In addition, direct services can also be found operating to Crewe and Newark-on-Trent.



A number of bus routes operate in Southwell offering access to Mansfield and Nottingham.
