'The room seemed somewhat clean until we realized the bathtub, toilet and bathroom floor were definitely not clean. The AC unit apparently leaked because I stepped in front of it in my socks and they got soaking wet instantly. The sink wasnt clean and we kept stepping on stuff that wasnt vacuumed up off of the carpet. I really hope there isnt black mold from the drenched carpet under the AC because we both got ill after the 2nd night sleeping in the room and we were charged almost $300 per night...

'Upon arrival to the hotel, I waited in line for about 15 minutes while one of the front desk staff was outside smoking. After my check-in was completed, I was informed that the elevator was broken and our room was on the 3rd floor. The stairs were accessible down the long hallway. For someone with Lupus and Rheumatoid arthritis, this was not OK. I should have been informed prior to our arrival that the elevator was broken and should we need alternative accommodations. NOT at the end of our...

'If you’re desperate and you’ve got no other options the room is functional but just barely. Thankfully the bedding was clean and no roaches. No fridge no chair for the desk. No ice available either. It’s an old Motel 6 actively being renovated.'

Extended Stay America Select Suites - Lubbock - South1,9 km van Southgate
5.8 van 10, (562 beoordelingen)
'The stay at the Extended Stays Hotel was below our expectations. The rooms were never cleaned during our stay, we had no clean towels we had to to personally remove our trash and go outdoors to dispose of it. The keys were not working most of the time. The cost of the hotel during a local college football game were outrageous.'

'The staff was fantastic, I cannot say enough great things about them!
This is why the are so great, we got to our room and it was obvious that the last guests smoked in the room, the front desk time changed our room immediately. And even followed up when I went to the lobby several hours later to make sure our room was good.
The property is old and outdated but...very clean. Location is good, close to campus.'

'We have now stayed here on three different occasions. We like the location it’s close to campus. However everywhere in Lubbock is only 10 minutes away. We will not stay here again. Why do I always have to wait at least 15-20 minutes to check in. This latest trip we walked in to the room and the AC thermostat was broken on the floor. So no cooling for the first night. Second night had people knocking on the door and the smoke alarm battery went bad at 1 am. Toilet seat would not stay up. Property...
